Enjoy our spacious 2-bedroom condo, in Bartlett NH, just minutes from Attitash and Story Land. Our condo, which is in walking distance to the clubhouse, has plenty of activities for kids and adults alike, including a large game room, heated-pool, sauna and hot tub. There is also a tennis and basketball court on the property. Kids can enjoy fishing in the pond as well as roasting marshmallows on the bonfires at night. Loads of shopping at Settler's Green Outlet in North Conway.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025I would never rent from VRBO again (too many fees), but the owner was great and the condo was nice. Great kitchen facilities. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Mark's condo was the perfect solution for a home base for skiing the valley. I stayed at the condo for three nights with my 8 year old daughter on a daddy-daughter ski trip during the Massachusetts school vacation week. It couldn't have been more perfect!The condo is accurately described, comfortable, and located within easy driving distance to four ski areas (Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Black), well five if you include Jackson XC. Coordination with Mark through the VRBO app was easy and he promptly answered any of my questions.The kitchen is well appointed with the common things you may need. Pots and pans are good quality (something that is lacking in lots of rentals I've had in the past). We stopped in North Conway on our way through to provision up and made most of our meals at the condo instead of going to restaurants.The condo has a nice layout. Beds were comfortable. My daughter was psyched for her room, as it had a bunk bed PLUS.a trundle! She had so many options to choose from! The towels are Amazing!!We utilized the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse, which is within walking distance (although we did drive). Pool was a bit on the cool side, but the hot tub was hot! The clubhouse also has arcade games, table tennis, and other things to do.If you are looking for a great place to stay near Attitash, look no farther than Mark's place in The Seasons! I look forward to booking another stay, this time with the rest of the family.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Great location, perfect size for couple traveling with an 8 year old plus more space if larger family. Child loved the bunk with trundel bed! Ice cold AC, perfectly stocked from tinfoil to pots and pans to soap and towels. Laundry too but didn’t use. Nice to have two full baths after swimming in the condo pool!
