Cozy 1BR Condo - Phoenix V 914

We loved our visit to Phoenix V in Orange Beach. Starting with the absolute perfect view from our room which we enjoyed sunrise & sunset, a great pool at the right temperature with plenty of seating (never needing to save seats) & a beyond lovely beach area. There are 4 elevators, so it was always a quick trip up and down. There is a restroom in the lower level which was great for pool & beach access. We appreciated the smart tv to be able to watch NFL too. Our condo met all of our needs. My only suggestion would be to bring your own toiletry items as we needed soap/body wash because the one small soap provided did not suffice for the sinks & shower. We will definitely stay at another Phoenix in the future.

Great stay for me, my wife and my 8 yr old son. The splash pad and indoor pool area were a huge hit and so much fun. Easy beach access! The condo was perfect for us three with the one bedroom and one bathroom. Couldn’t have been any more perfect! I recommend for 3-4 people.

This unit was cozy and quiet! There was no quilt/comforter on the bed, only a sheet and thin blanket so if you want something heavier I suggest bringing a blanket. We had everything we needed and enjoyed your condo. So glad to see a Bible in the living room, great for morning coffee and reading time.

The condo itself was beautiful inside. The air was broken when we arrived, but was fixed that night. Thankfully it was March and so it was not that hot. The whole condo had a terrible odor that we could not describe. Even the heating and air men were spraying stuff on the filters to try to get rid of smell. Had to leave balcony doors open a lot to air it out

I was a little concerned because there were no current reviews on this property - when we arrived we were more than pleased. Property is as shown - bed was super comfortable - view was amazing - location to beach was fabulous Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V. We had a few issues first night, but NOTHING the maintenance men didn't handle RIGHT AWAY! The only issue that I will comment on was the fact that this didn't have the popular cartoon channels for smaller kids. Other than that, the unit looks exactly like the picture, had an AWESOME view of the beach/ocean, VERY clean, fully equipped to cook, and the SPLASH PAD was HUGE for my kiddos. As an independent travel agent, I will recommend this unit to some my future clients. ?

This condo is absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it from booking to check out. It really felt like home away from home. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything I could have dreamed of needing! Thanks for providing us the vacation we needed!
