After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests.

As you walk through the front door, to the left, you will see the main bedroom with a beautiful queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and tree views from the window. Across the hall, is a full bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Down the hall, the spacious living room features comfortable sofa seating for 3 and additional lounge chairs for you to relax in. Unwind from the day by watching your favorite movie or show on the large flat-screen TV, while the snow falls out the window. The electric indoor fireplace, along with the heating wall unit, will keep you warm during the winter. A queen-size pull-down murphy bed is available for additional guests.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools, where you can enjoy each other's company, as you eat dinner while sharing adventure stories of your time in Park City.

Guests will have access to the rooftop patio that boasts spectacular views of Park City, along with a bbq gas grill, perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout with your loved ones. A coin-operated laundry room is available for guests on the 3rd floor.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, and a shared laundry room.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed. Remote-controlled heater and air conditioning units are provided in both the living room and bedroom area.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that there might be some noise from outside considering the condominium is situated near Main St.

    Awesome location to do all things. Easy walk to and from ski lift. Not being able to control temp in unit is a major issue, but we managed. Overall the property is a great value and the location cannot be beat.

    Great location! Right at Main Street and all that downtown Park City has to offer. (Note: There is no parking at the location. You must find a place to park your car.)

    The apartment is very accomadating for a family. I know its cold and you would not expect to need an ac unit but it gets warm inside when you open the windows you can’t sleep with all the noise from outside and the ac units that are there don’t cool very well. With all that said, this is a great property and i would tent here again. Hopefully ac units will be better next time

    Clean, cozy property. Well equipped, easy access in center of Park City. Walking to restaurants and bars. The only item that we see could be improved is the temperature control in the bedroom. Was too hot.

    Right in the center of Main Street! Murphy bed actually very comfortable and unit had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the parking pass.

    We enjoyed our stay in this property and thought everything was well taken care of. The only complaint we have is that we were not able to adjust the heat or open windows. It was quite warm the entire time we were there.

    The Host deserves 5 stars for detailed and accurate description of property. I was staying with a friend for our first night in Park City and we were pleased to find we were surrounded by restaurants and stores. You are less than a 3-4 minute walk to “town lift” in park city, very important if you are planning to ski Park city. Highly recommend!!!
