Stayed Oct 1, 2025Great little place for quick getaway to Ouray for a few days. Clean, had everything we needed. Very easy walk to downtown. Only complaint is there were only two Keurig pods for coffee so only lasted one day. Would be nice to have additional pods for a 3 night stay or a coffee filter for the machine. Would stay again.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025This is a “walkout basement” sort of place with its own sunken patio. It’s spacious . However, it has the feel of being owned by a property management rather than lived in. For example, there is a Keurig with pods but not a single coffee cup that holds the volume needed. There were no directions for the fireplace that I could find. I could hear people walking above me which is tough when trying to sleep. Mattress was too soft. The last night I thought to go to the living room to sleep, perhaps get away from the heavy footed upstairs neighbor. But the couch is too short to lay on. All in all it was a good home base and Ouray is very walkable.
