Stayed Jan 22, 2021The property was beautiful and in excellent condition. My complaints is there was rarely anyone at the front desk to answer questions or get help. Then when calling the front desk from the room, no on one would answer or return calls. Had a beautiful TV in the living room but was never able to operate it. 3 remotes, tried them over and over for about 2 hours. Tried getting help from the front desk and then calling the front desk and never got any help so finally gave up. Also a bit disappointed they did not have any vending machines in the entire complex which was 3 building. Had to drive to a 7-11 just to get a soda. Also the sliding doors going out to the balcony would not lock so the room could not be secured. Also no heat at all in the bathroom which was a but uncomfortable. All in all had a great time in Park City but these are just a few items that tend to be expected just to make the stay a bit more enjoyable especially considering the cost of the room.

Stayed Feb 24, 2019Great location. Great and easy access to the slopes. Bedroom is fine. The kitchen is nice but poorly appointed with only minimal serving utensils. A griddle would be nice. There is no, and o mean no, storage space for clothes other than a closet. Needs at a minimum a chest of drawers.
