It even has its own washer and dryer. Located less than 300 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Washer and Dryer, 42 flat screen TV and DVD in the living room, free wireless internet access. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The upstairs bedroomhas a queen bed and 32 flat screen cable T. V. The Downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a 32 flat screen cable T. V. The loft has two twins, and the living room has a new sectional sofa WITHOUT a queen size sleeper couch. * Double air mattress is provided. Linens for air mattress provided upon request. Wood burning fireplace insert. Dur to Courchevel Management inability to repair exterior chimney pipe we cannot guarantee the fireplace will be available to use. Children Welcome. Please note that you will not receive any Check in instructions from --/Homeaway etc. Instructions will be e-mailed to you from MLAS2. Please read these instructions prior to your arrival. There are no addition cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is a $120.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. We are utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved. The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures or smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted.     Location was unreal. The place was super spacious and really comfortable. Best water pressure we’ve had in the mountain for showers. We will be back!

    The condo is in a great location and the 2 covered parking spots were amazing! Unfortunately it was not clear in the description that it is actually only 1 bedroom with a loft. The upstairs bedrooms are all connected and a loft. The bed in the upstairs had a terrible mattress and the bed frame was broken so my husbands head was below the level of his feet. I messaged the manager about it and never heard back. We also left our nice pillow there and asked if we could pick it up and they never responded. It has been 2 weeks and I am still without a response. I would never recommend until they clearly state that the bed frame was replaced.

    We all loved staying here! Clean and comfortable and affordable, that's a rare combination. Please update your photos, we thought it looked much better than the pictures. Also, lots of construction going on in July on your street. Slurry coat, cement work and street closure all in one week!

    Good place to stay if you like to fish. Close to lakes access. Biggest problem are the 20 steps to the front door.

    The unit itself is very nice and spacious. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds. 2 car garage was nice plus. The only issue we had was the long steep stairs to get to the front door.
