Located directly on the waters of Cotton Bayou, this spacious condo is part of the Cotton Bayou Condominiums, a well-maintained complex with fantastic amenities. Guests have access to a large outdoor pool just steps from the unit, a tennis court, and a BBQ grilling area ideal for casualoutdoor meals. Boaters will appreciate the on-site docks and boat slips, available for $250 per week. Assigned, covered parking is located underneath the building for easy access.

Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan with two comfortable sofas, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for families or groups who enjoy cooking and gathering together. The interior is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme, creating a relaxed beach atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

The King master suite offers a private retreat with a walk-in shower, while the Queen guest bedroom shares a full hall bath. Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk, a Queen bed, and a Twin daybed, along with a private third bathroom—ideal for kids or additional guests.

A private balcony, accessible from the living room, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the water.

While you're tucked away on the bayou, the beach is just across the street. Take a short walk along Perdido Beach Boulevard to reach the Cotton Bayou State Park beach access for easy Gulf-side fun.
