Amazing, beautiful, delightful... so many words to describe this fantastic remodeled three bedroom, three bathroom townhome. You won't find a better view in all of Miramar Beach. The main living area that contains the family room, kitchen, and dining area is nice and open offering plenty of space for the guests in your party. The living area contains a comfy sofa that doubles as a queen size sofa bed. It also offers a flat screen TV for entertainment in the evening.The dining room has rectangular hardwood table that seats six. The nearby granite counter offers more seating and a great space to serve meals. The open kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and has access to a beachfront balcony. One of the two guest rooms contains a Queen size bed and is almost like it's own private suite. This room also adjoins to a ground floor bonus living area with a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The third guest bedroom includes a full size bed as well as a twin bunk bed.

    The townhome meet all our 4 generational family vacation expectations. The townhome was very clean, well equipped, and prepared for us. With 11 people staying in the rental- we had ample room for play and for separate sleeping spaces.

    The location and access to the beach is outstanding! We had a great time and there was plenty of room for our two families. The photos of the condo don’t show (that we saw) that the queen room and the “apartment” share the same bathroom and that bathroom is only accessible thru the queen bedroom. That was interesting to navigate for the week. But we made it work. There are not any basic cooking essentials. Most other rentals we have stayed in have had salt and pepper and coffee filters. That sort of stuff but there wasn’t anything. Thankfully we went shopping after we had arrived. I know lots of families do their shopping online to pick up or deliver. So just a heads up. But those things were far outweighed by how great everything else worked out

    The place is beautiful and easily accessible. Unit was not very clean on arrival. Dirty socks left behind on stairs, bag of old fast food under one bed, broken chair with t-shirt on upper deck. For what we are charged for cleaning property could be cleaned much better prior to arrival. I did make Ocean Reef aware on arrival. I would stay here again, but hopefully they can check with cleaning crews.

    The location of this property was great. We loved walking right out to the beach and the view was incredible. The interior of the condo was nicely done and very comfortable.

    We have planned on going to the beach for a long time since Covid-19 if was difficult. We did have a great time and really enjoyed being rite on the beach.

    The location of this property was amazing. Walk right out to the beach and it isn’t crowded at all. The main floor is nice. Some of the other rooms could use some rehab. The blinds in some of the rooms had broken pieces, a wheel on a trundle was broken so you couldn’t sleep on it. The beds were squeaky and not very comfy except the master. There is hardly space for clothing. You will live out of your suitcase. The bathrooms are not huge and have tub drainage issues. However the company called to fix it ASAP. Also the inside was not very clean. Yes found out too late that they would have cleaned it again but it was too late at night for that. There is plenty of room for many people. We had 8 and no one was crowded. The outside patio furniture is super nice. With a few upgrades and a good scrub this would be perfect.

    We’ve stayed in various units at Costa del Sol over the years and the location is perfect - can’t be beat! Walk out the back door and you’re on the beach! You also see a TON of trash! All at the edge of the boardwalk that runs the length of these bldgs. It’s disgusting. So apparently someone before us damaged inside stuff because the mgmt co stopped by right after we arrived to bring new pan and take pix of damage. (I have pix of everything-too numerous to list here). The couch in the main living area is way too small. There was no rug down but tons of new ones in the closet so we put one down ourselves. Seriously that shouldn’t be my responsibility but the place looked so run down ... anyway, this place needs to be renovated badly. The few pros I guess could be nice kitchen appliances and plenty of towels. No lock on sliding door - only a wood bar to put in floor rail. I hope they take this place off the books and update and fix everything soon!
