Costa Del Sol A8 - Gulf Front, Miramar Beach, Fully Updated, Perfect Location!

Location was great. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely return to Costa Del Sol

The property was nicer than what the pictures depicted. The first floor was updated and remodeled. Loved the location and we were directly on the beach. Parking was right out the front door. Would stay here again for sure!!

We loved our stay! It was clean and very convenient. We absolutely loved the short walk to the beach!! The only negative is the parking. The home sleeps 14, but only has spots for 2 cars, which is somewhat of an inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again!!

The beach front property was amazing! Everyone was friendly and the water was shallow. We loved it definitely coming back to this property next year.

The location was within minutes of everything. I also really enjoyed the 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The place was more than what we expected, the only thing I didn’t like was that when we pulled the sofa bed out it was full of sand. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It felt like home away from home! It was great from the moment we came through the door. Very neat place, with all the essentials. The views are breathtaking and being able to just relax outside on the balcony with amazing views was great! We were lucky to find this beautiful home right in front of the beach which was very convenient for us since we were also vacationing with our two year old and nine month old. Our family was amazed by this home and are definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

So the floors were filthy, mold in room, smelt like cat had sprayed inside the room. Blood on sheets. They showed up a couple of times to fix things inside( on our time) I would rent from them again just not this unit!

This townhouse smells soooooo bad! It smells like straight cat pee. There is no getting away from it. The patio furniture is either broken or falling apart. The microwave above the stove doesn’t work so there is another one on the counter but the outlet didn’t work. Compared to the other units this was NOT WORTH what they’re charging AT ALL. They had pest control come when we were there and we had to be there to let them in. Why wouldn’t they schedule that in between guests? The toaster was broken. They did replace that. The blinds are broken and I was worried that people could see in. The downstairs apartment lock locked the guests in and had to be let out from the outside which is a COMPLETE fire hazard. It was also broken so you really had to wiggle it around to even lock it from the outside. HUGE safety issue. The upstairs bathroom door stuck shut. The master balcony door was almost impossible to open and close. With so many safety hazards I was shocked and DISGUSTED that Ocean Reef did NOTHING to try and move us to a different rental or offer any sort of alternative for us. I had four kids and my in-laws and I was MORTIFIED that we rented this DUMP!!!! It ruined our vacation. My in laws were down from Michigan and it was a huge let down for not only them but a giant embarrassment for my husband and I. We have rented other units in that building and the one next to it and have always been very happy. Their maintenance man was very kind but the management group was just awful. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

the downstairs bathroom needs fixing. The toilet would not flush all that great and the shower water smells bad. Beds are a a little hard and the sheets felt kind of sandy (no-pun intended). Beach chairs etc could use some replacing. Rusty and uncomfortable. Everything else was GORGEOUS! We had a Blast!!! We will be back!

Overall, we loved the private beach and location! The only issue we had at this property, is that the kitchen sink was leaking, garbage disposal was backing up. The first time I contacted management, they did have someone out to look at it and we thought the issue was fixed. Turns out it was not fixed and I sent another 2 emails without any response. We did enjoy our stay though! Thanks!
