Stayed Oct 6, 2025We had bay side view. The pool and bbq area was under construction which put a damper on things because we had no idea until we got there. We have 2 teens and a baby that would have enjoyed vacation alor more if we could have used those areas

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Wonderful unit. Loved the view of the bay with the boats coming and going, bird watching, and even a few dolphin sightings from the porch. The beach items were a bonus (towels, chairs, cooler)!! The pool and deck are still being repaired from hurricane damage, but once that is complete, this will be a perfect property for any Indian Shores beach trip!!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Very nice unit but lack of pool (in repair) and frequent intrusions for balcony repair did not make for a enjoyable vacation. Toilet in the master bedroom required plumbing and woodwork needs painting and repair. Beds had only one set of sheets and pillows did not have protective covers.
