Those in the market for a bijou gulf-front condo will appreciate the many benefits of 'Sea You Again'. Vaulted ceilings and a handy sleeping loft for three extra guests maximize the space in this two-bedroom, three-bath 1,680 square foot hideaway. Blue Tide is a small complex of 18 units perched on one of the highest dunes south of Scenic 30A. This highly sought-after western end unit enjoys unobstructed sunset vistas from private balconies on both levels. Serve up perfect chilled glasses of wine from the wine refrigerator in the wet bar and toast another beautiful day in paradise. The living room is decorated in cool blues and pastel tints, providing a nod to the gulf views framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. A feature fireplace and wood flooring add warmth to the spacious living/dining area. The open-plan kitchen has white cabinets, stainless appliances and a central island breakfast bar for casual dining or chatting with the cook. Doors open from the living room onto the balcony which has its own private entrance to the beach walkover. From there, the white sands, glittering emerald gulf and pristine dunes provide endless delights for nature lovers and beachcombers. Nicely positioned between Camp Creek Lake and Alys Beach, the condo is well located for beach walks, fishing, swimming and biking in the surrounding area.     Gorgeous condo! We loved our stay at this condo. The view was great, condo was well stocked with what we needed. Location was very convenient to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach. There are many stairs, so be mindful if there are any mobility issues.

    Perfect beachfront property with extra-special views being the corner unit. Fabulous! The 30Avacay team is very helpful. Beach chairs included; bring your own beach towels… and round (basket) coffee filters. Great eats at Florida Fishhouse and Canopy Grille.

    Rental was just as described and perfect for our family of 6. Just steps to the beach and a beautiful view. We decided to stay one extra day and they were quick to reply and accommodate that. Unfortunately, when we stayed the ocean did have terrible seagrass/seaweed (making it hard to even get in the water some days)...it was all up the coast that week we stayed.

    Pros: location,cleanliness,amenities, view and easy walk to beach. Dolphins were in front of the condo daily. Cons: small issues like washing machine front falling off and code to door didnt work.

    Unit is well laid out, bright and welcoming. A few minor things would have helped but didn’t damper our stay. Could use a large pot for cooking pasta etc, dishwasher bottom rack kept falling off the track. Floors can be slippery, especially stairs (maybe carpet treads). Units that can sleep 6 should get two parking spaces, it was hectic union arrival. Location is great, beach is fantastic and Frankie was super helpful in setting up chair service for us. This is our second year at Blue Tides and overall would come again!
