Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice. But while we were there the Sanibel glass company parked their trucks and lifts in all of our parking space . When we got back from eating there was no place to park so we parked in the street and got a 150 dollar ticket. Which every one refuses to pay or at least help me!!! I will not stay here again.

Some improvements are needed- 1)difficulty flushing the toilet in the primary bathroom; 2) Lights in closet in primary bedroom haven't worked in years; 3) on this last visit there was a leak under the kitchen sink.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Holiday could not have picked a better place for us to stay. It was just a 1/2 a mile from their office and easy to find. I had told them about my disabilities and the condo they picked for us was perfect. It was literally just steps from the sand and water. When we arrived that afternoon everything was ready for us to check in. Overall the condo was clean but the dressers and tables could have used a wiping down, they were very gritty. I’m just a little OCD about dirt. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff at Sanibel Holiday were great to work with and very helpful and very courteous. The location of the condo was perfect to all the restaurants, shops and grocery store too. When we decide to come back we definitely plan to use Sanibel Holiday again and if this same condo is available we will request it.

Reviewer Comments: Rental was nicely furnished and decor had a nice beach feel but not over the top. Just as listed it is just a short walk right to the beach. Only drawback was it was very close to a public access making the beach a little busy but nothing that would stop us from renting it again.
