Girls trip! We had a great time, this condo very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, easy access to everything. The Beach and water beautiful, loved sitting on porch to take it all in. Vacasa was just a call away if we needed anything - we asked for 3 blankets. Before buying chairs or toys check hall closet, there were 4 chairs, boogie board, and sand toys when we arrived. We left 2 noodles, charmin toilet paper and 1 large roll of bounty papertowels. Cons- if only going to provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 very small roll of paper towels - I suggest they be better quality. Only 2 laundry detergent provided so if you think you will do more washes bring your own Mentioned in previous comments bring your own spices and condiments if needed

Beautiful view of the water. Super convenient location (we walked to everything except the grocery store). We had a little snafu with checkout but everyone at Vacasa worked with us and everything turned out fine. We hope to return!

Beautiful view and porch. But....owners need to fix broken things such as towel bars out of the wall, toliet brushes sitting out (Yuck) master seat had fallen off of shower wall and hole in the wall with insects flying out of it, ants on porch. It need a major upgrade for 11,000.00 a week.

The good: Location can’t be beat. We were a short walk to to the center of Rosemary beach and a quick bike ride to Alys. This unit is right on the beach and though close to Crabby Steve’s, was very quiet. So easy to grab anything needed from the beach. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Big (outdated) bathrooms. Tons of closet/storage space. The high pointe complex was great. Loved having Crabby Steve’s for an easy bite. The not so good: The unit itself is dated. Yes, the kitchen backsplash and faucet and tile floors are newer, but the rest of the unit has seen better days. All the bathroom finishes and plumbing were at least 25-30 years old. There was mold on the tile ceiling in the master bath. The hot water heater isn’t big enough and quickly ran out of water . The back of the unit where the master bedroom is located could not get as cool as the rest of the house. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but not for the premium we paid. This unit needs a lot more attention and work to charge almost $1,000 per night. There are other units in this complex that I would choose first.

The positives: gorgeous views and comfortable beds Negatives: absolutely filthy when we arrived ( property manger did send some to try to get it a bit cleaner the next day); unit In disrepair and needing updates. Upholstery is filthy and furniture needs cleaning and/or replacement. Kitchen is very poorly stocked. Thankfully, this is not your typical High Pointe property. We have been coming to this area of 30 A for 7 years and have never been disappointed until this year.

This was the second time I used a VACASA managed property and was very disappointed. Here's the list of items: -a month before arrival I was notified of major maintenance, but was assured it would be complete by my stay; within 5 days of my arrival notified of another project to be started. Numerous calls were made to ascertain impact -after check in the overall lack of cleanliness was noticeable. Floor was dirty in the open areas and under the couch and chairs. The first night the supposed clean sheets were dirty - Master bedroom toilet didnt flush. I reported it and temporarily fixed it myself until maintenance had time to fix it two days later -second toilet started to leak at the base, making it unusable. I reported it. To fix it, maintenance had to shut the water off for the entire building so fix wasn't completed till after my checkout. Toilet was out of service for majority of stay. -plates and utensil were put away dirty; and the window and outdoor mats were filthy. Throughout my stay there was no ownership or desire on VACASA's part to make the property right. All the calls started with we told you or that issue is handled by the home owners association. The numerous calls, numerous VACASA representatives, re-telling the issue over and over again ruined my stay. By the end I had to sit in the VACASA office to get service. For transparency VACASA provided a discount, but it was only after hours of discussions. I didnt want a discount, I wanted what was advertised and what I purchased. The VACASA experience ruined my vacation.

We so enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, beautifully appointed, and had a spectacular view. It was easy to access Rosemary Beach and neighboring beaches. We had a wonderful, wonderful time.
