Stayed Jul 9, 2025We have stayed at the condominium complex before. This unit was clean and check was great. Only down fall NO TV in bedroom. We still loved our stay. Would recommend.

Stayed May 7, 2025I have stayed at nautical watch and thought this would be pretty much the same. I really didn't like the traffic noise right outside the room. I would prefer to be closer to the ocean. Some updates could be done, but it was fine for a few nights.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We were comfortable but did not enjoy the street noise right outside (sirens, loud cars) throughout the night. Wish we knew there is not a view of the water at all. Place seems better suited for families with children, as they loudly played in the pool beneath bedroom until midnight or so.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The washer worked ok but made a lot of noise and the dryer would only work on one setting and had to be run several times and once in a while it made a loud thump noise. We could hear the people above walking and running for hours at night…

Stayed Mar 25, 2024We had a great time with the family at this location. Our balcony overlooked the pool, which was clean and ample-sized. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The check in/out process was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Stayed May 24, 2023We had an amazing stay in PCB and this condo was a vital component to that stay. It’s proximity to the beach was amazing! Great pool, overall quiet community, and comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed condo made for a wonderful vacation!
