Stayed Jun 28, 2025Our Place is one of the better values in North OC. I’ve been coming down here for 40 years, stayed mostly in houses in Caine Keys. Stayed at Carousel, Capri, and Our Place is a great location with beautiful bay views from buildings on marsh. This condo view is beautiful and the condo was great except for kitchen and master bed. I stay 1-2x a year and won’t book this unit again unless they put a king in master. Otherwise it was great.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Location, cleanliness and view make this condo a great option for 4. Would have given 5 stars but condo lacked some creature comforts:Small beds: master bed was definitely not a queen - was a full. It was a big negative for us. king or 2 twins together are a must for a master. 1 tv: please put small TVs in the bedrooms. Kitchen upgrade needed:With Ocean City now charging multiple dine-in taxes, ( Tailchaser’s taxes added 40 to our bill) feeding 4 adults requires a few more kitchen supplies. Get a couple nonstick frying pans please, and a spatula. There was none, had to buy to make a fried egg.Upgrade the stove please. And a few more cutlery sets would help. We rented with 3 other families in area for a reunion and had to go to my cousins condo in bldg J to make pancakes for 9 of us. Could use more ice trays and an ice bucket. A small table top ninja blender for smoothies would be great.Loved the ceiling fans, view and ac was great.Could use upgraded seating on terrace. Was very spacious, quiet.We’ve rented in Caine Keys for years until new owners forced us to Our Place. We’ve rented here twice and love the area and views. We will definitely do it again but at a condo with a king bed in master for sure. If that’s not a problem and you plan not to cook, this place is perfect.Thank you !

Stayed Oct 1, 2023The home was clean and was very nice. The views and sunsets were amazing of the bay from the deck. The master bathroom appeared to be recently renovated with a walk in shower and was VERY nice.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Saw the previous review (6/30/22) on VRBO about the property not being clean. Called VACASA to be proactive in making sure the issue the previous tenant had was not repeated. VACASA would not give me the local management office phone number, even though the local office gives their number out to every tenant. VACASA customer service said they would send a message to the local management and ask them to call me; I never received a call. Called back VACASA customer service several times, each time they would not put me in touch with the local manager. They ensured me that the issues with the property were fixed. In the previous review, the tenant stated that there was garbage behind the couch. Upon our arrival there was still garbage behind the couch, the was a green cady on the floor, crumbs on every chair, fingerprints on the glass, a pile of candy wrappers on the floor below a bed, a razor cover and sand in the shower, and linen thrown in the closet. We had to wash the sheets because we did not know what was clean and what wasn't. Called the property manager, cleaners had to come out twice to clean the condo. Took over a day for the manager to call me back, only after I called customer service to complain numerous time. Asked to speak to the General Manager do to all the steps taken prior to arriving at the condo to make sure it was clean. Customer service said local management said the place would be clean and under went a 'deep clean,' and the previous review about the place not being clean was incorrect; even though VACASA refunded the cleaning fee. This was obviously not the case. The general manager, Whitney Nelson, refused to call me and would only provide her email address. Very disappointed in the customer service. I hate leaving a bad review because the place was nice and had nice amenities.

Stayed Jun 12, 2022MY TRIP WAS RUINED!! I arrived to a Couch with baby puke all over it. There was hair and crumbs in the silverware drawer. I found garbage under the couch and behind the couch. The carpet had mold as well as multiple sticky spots. I arrived Sunday afternoon and called the 24/7 hotline and it’s now Wednesday and I still have not got a response and left the property earlier than my check out. Vacasa claims to have a 24/7 hotline but I kept getting hung up on and every time I sent an email I would get a response that they were expecting higher than usual volumes and they would get back to me as soon as possible. My TRIP WAS RUINED!!! The guest before me lost the pool pass so the first day of my trip I did not even have access to the pool. I sent multiple emails text messages and social media messages to ask if someone could please come and clean the condo which obviously was not clean and no one ever got back to me. I WILL NEVER rent from them again!! I had to wash the bed sheets and towels it was an absolute nightmare!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I am giving our unit 5 stars however the wifi was not working and our pool pass was not in our pick up packet. Vacasa was helpful. Beds were new and comfortable. Kitchen accessories were adequate but a new set of dishes would be nice. Loved that linens were provided!!! Location and the view is very peaceful!! Ver shot walk to the beach! I would suggest more comfortable seating on the patio. Unit was clean!! Sofa was clean and comfortable to sit on. Master bathroom was especially nice! We are a family of 5 and would definitely recommend this cozy unit to those who don't mind a short drive or taking the bus to get to the boardwalk!!!
