All homes are fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. Gated community and home of the White Marlin Open. No pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo is located on the bay with fabulous views.. The tile is a little outdated, and the bathrooms maybe a little outdated, but as a whole this condo is great!! Everything was very clean, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The view is amazing, all of the furniture/beds/outdoor furniture seemed brand new and was clean and comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were old but in great shape! The kitchen was fully stocked and it was so nice that towels and sheets were provided. The pool and restaurant/bar was amazing! Everything was so well kept and everyone we met was so nice! We fished off the dock every day- the sunsets were breathtaking! This complex was a little oasis on the Bay! We will 100% return!
