Contemporary 2 FLOOR Penthouse above the Beach. 2 Balconies, 2BD, 2.5 BA.

The location was excellent for the beach and listening to the waves. The accommodation was spacious and well stocked with all we needed. There are a good varied selection of eateries and stores within walking distance. We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing week. Our host was extremely helpful with suggestions on places to eat and plenry of information to make our stay comfortable. It is a refreshing change to stay somewhere that is obviously cared for and where things just work as you would expect and is not just a rental to make money. It has a real home from home feel.

Our stay at HPS was very nice. The building was nicely maintained- they had carts for carrying supplies up to your unit. The elevators were fairly manageable. I have been to other buildings where they were not ! Our unit was clean and spacious. We had two floors - which gave us some extra living space! The two balconies were also a nice perk. The unit also had some other necessities ( toilet paper paper towels soap some cooking things etc) it also had some other nice touches ( books games and puzzles as well as a fully stocked storage unit outside with beach stuff ) The owner was responsive to my questions and provided us with appropriate information prior to our stay. All in all we had a very nice week

Cozy and beautifully renovated condo with wonderful views onto the beach.

Older building with no amenities, but the ease of ingress and egress, less crowded beach and pool, elevator availability and parking spaces is invaluable.

Home was well-appointed with lots of kitchen items, blankets, games. Lots of seating in the living room. Great views from both balconies. Home is cozy and nicely updated. You will enjoy your stay here!

The overall condo was gorgeous! Great speaker system in the living area. Open floor downstairs and roomy bedrooms upstairs! Loved having the half bath with 6 people. Views were great and we loved having two balconies. Owner was also very responsive and helpful!

We stay in HPS every year on our OC vacation and this was one of our best rentals. Bob was very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately after we got home the owner accused us of breaking something that was broken when we checked in. If I ever rent again I will film and document every inch of the home before we even take anything inside, and VRBO should advise every renter to do this. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's been harrased over damage they didn't cause.
