Condo w/Spiral Staircase to Loft, Perfect for Kids

This is a great property. Beautiful and perfectly located. Walking distance to great restaurants, sailing excursions, stores, etc. And it has parking, which is needed in Newport, especially during the summer.

Celebrating our baby sisters 50th birthday, my four sisters and I had never been to Newport before, so lovely, wonderful spot to have a base and even though the weather stunk, we had a great time! The loft’s location was ideal, beds were very comfortable, the coffee is a keurig, which would have been good to know to buy pods before going. Thank you so much. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Newport.

We had an amazing stay! The loft is beautiful-spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect. Communication with the property managers was great, quick to respond and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for us. Our kids and granddaughter enjoyed the space which was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had a fire alarm issue the first night which was quickly remedied by a maintenance crew the next day. It is a great place for a family get together.

Great location. Brilliant instructions. Clean tidy and well stocked with towels soap etc. The only slight mishap which was corrected easily with a phone call is that the electronic code changes bang on check out time . So when we came back to pick up our bags 10 minutes after check out time the code had changed. Managed to rectify remotely with a new temporary code. Overall highly recommended

We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!

Once past the checkin in process all was smooth…..Property was even nicer than expected. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. The parking spaces were a huge convenience. Thank for Chris for hosting my family. We plan to return.
