A cozy open concept living space and kitchen to enjoy with your family. Relax in the living area after a day on the beach with a flat screen TV and plush couches. Sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee with a breeze on the private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a homecooked meal. Dining table comfortably seats four.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with en-suite main bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a double-size bed and additionally a twin-size bunkbed. Second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Las Palmas! Las Palmas does charge for parking and there is a limit of 2 vehicles per unit. When you arrive to Las Palmas please park in the covered numbered parking under building. There is a QR Code you will scan onsite upon arrival to register for parking and pay your parking fee, parking is $35.00 per vehicle. Unit 221 is located on the front-side of the building at the end on the left-side of the complex. Your unit is on the second floor. We hope you enjoy your stay!

    Neighborhood and overall location were not bad. The unit is a good size and actually has a great view for the lagoon side of the road. We were told there were several places we would be able to access the beach straight across the road, but were given no further specifics. Unfortunately, all beach access areas across the road were gated, requiring a code to use them. The closest public access was almost a mile away, which isn’t easily manageable, especially with two small children walking along a busy road. The unit also appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned. While there were fresh linens, there was also all kinds of hair in both bathroom floors, and the living area floors were clearly dirty. We wound up cleaning the entire unit ourselves upon arrival.
