    I was very impressed with this condo. All appliances was updated , clean and almost everything was provided to you in regards to pan and dishes and bath stuff , towels and cooking materials. With exceptions of few snacks there’s no need to pile up like we did . Vons is 5 mins away for shopping material. Town and village is o oh 5 mins away from property. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the room size was not big enough for group of 6 as indicated in description unless two of the people are expected to sleep on the couch and one person on floor. If your two couples best to get two different rooms. With that said I was very empresses with their customer service. We were two couples with children. With two cars one parked in designated spot but other car had to park in a non numbered parking spot. All non parking spots were taken when o called their emergency line since they were closed they immediately responded and assigned the second car a spot. When we got to rooms and realized we are two beds short for our men they immediately signed us in other rooms so we can have a restful stay for rest of our trip. All in all I will come back and give their customer service an A plus. I just ask that they updated their room description to say for 4 people and not 6

    The property was lovely remodeled unit. Thoughtfully decorated & well stocked. Out only complaint was the 2nd bedroom bed had a slope to it which made it a little uncomfortable for two people & no dresser or closet to stay organized. Location was great & covered parking space a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

    We’re looking to bring in the New Years in together for our first trip in Mammoth. The Condo was perfect for family of 5 and was in like new condition. They had all the necessary stuff for us to enjoy our stay. Easy access to get in and quick response time to questions. Super close to the village. We will definitely be back again.

    The place is great and owners did a nice job updating it. One caveat is that the extra twin bed in the guest room is not much of a bed. It is a thin and squeaky mattriess that essentially is on the floor. This was not working for our group so we left a night early. It shouldn't be advertised as a bed when no one wants to sleep on the floor. The bed spread on this bed also had a big stain. The throw blankets were also not clean finding hairs and stains on them. The place itself was nice and clean. Their were a lot of ants in the living room but Natural Retreats quickly got on that and put in ant traps which made a difference. Natural Retreats also came quickly when we mentioned the dirty linens bringing wonderful fluffy comforters and clean sheets for everyone.

    Great experience with the property and rental company. They were very responsive and provided all the info needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was great and very close to bus route to get to canyon lodge. Accommodations were fantastic and we were able to have friends staying at a nearby condo over for a fantastic eveni g dinner. Definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

    Place was great! Photo's and listing information were spot on. Unit was recently renovated. They did a nice job creating space for equipment. Well stocked with all the essential needs. Every room had a smart tv. Kids had their own balcony and snuck out and played in the snow for hours. Communication & professionalism by the management! Everything was Very clean, close to the village & canyon lodge. We loved it!!! Couple Little things to note for potential guests & management: 1. Create a little space for groceries that are not refrigerated. (Kitchen is fully stocked but no room for any non-refridgerated groceries.) We just had them on the counter in the corner but for a longer stay it would have been an annoyance. 2. 2nd bedroom needs some shelving or drawers if you can fit. Something would help for small clothing items. Kids had to live out of suitcases. 3. Jacuzzi was way over chlorinated!!! Building management issue but we went in the first night and could not get the smell and the itchiness off our skin for a couple days. We didn't go back in. 4. Parking Clearance is 6'6 so if you have ski racks on the top of an or truck, you might have to take them off in order to park. Thank you!

    We stayed here for four nights and five days. The property was exactly as advertised - nicely remodeled, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Would stay here again on every visit to Mammoth.

    I stayed here with my husband and two kids and liked the condo. The only thing that I didn’t like was the second bedroom didn’t have a proper bed. It was a small bed with an mattress and underneath was another mattress for someone to use. Also I thought the condo has a laundry but didn’t . So please consider those things if you want to rent the place .

    Crestview #35 was very clean, updated, well-equipped, convenient to Village base and town. The unit is on the back corner of the building and looks to the trees running along the ridge. Covered parking space assigned to the unit is super close to the entrance so it’s a quick unload/load. Kitchen (I cook) layout, appliances, and equipment were great. Dining in is totally workable with table seating or at the counter to be closer to the conversation. There’s not much closet space to hang things up, but they’ve done some little things to make it work. Both showers blast (a must!) and the beds and linens are fresh and comfortable. Ya kinda hit it out of the park on the remodel and furnishings - well done! Maybe a couple chairs for the back deck could be added for the Summer? And I love the reclaimed wood and some nice nods to the mountains (antler light!) scattered about. I’d totally stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!
