Condo with Balcony + Fireplace

Great location and meet our needs.

Everything was quite clean except for the floors. My toddler walked around barefoot for under 30 minutes when we got there and his feet were black on the bottom! I have pictures. This shouldn’t have happened. I pay a cleaning fee and expect to have a clean floor to walk on and for my kids to play on. Also, the unit differed from the listing photos.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would agree with some other reviewers that our unit was a bit worn and dated. HOWEVER, the check-in process was smooth, the unit was quite cozy and easily met our needs, and the location could not be beat. We were 1-2 minutes walk from Main Street and about a 5 min walk from the Peak 9 gondola. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Would stay here again. Some street noise but overall was very pleased with stay.

Great location and overall we had a great stay. ~10 min walk to lift, and ski right back to the condo on 4 O’clock. Condo was ok but not as nice as the listing photos. Furniture was old and worn. To open the pullout required rearranging the living area every night. Carpeting was torn in a few spots. We had a great time at Breck and for the price this worked but this unit needs a bit of a refresh.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. Place was a block from downtown and 2 blocks from free gondola. Place was nice, yet small. Was fine for 2. Liked the king sized bed. Pictures on vrbo were not the exact unit we stayed in. It had a balcony on 2nd floor facing the courtyard. I liked the fact they had someone on duty all the time except from 11 Pm to 7 am. If we needed something, someone was right there.

The location was perfect for our stay at Breck. There are free buses that pick up and drop off to various peaks, and it is literally right in front of the lodge. One drop off location drops you off at the front doors. The lodge has storage for ski/snowboards as well. You can also easily walk to Main Street to check out the local stores and plenty of great places to eat. For the actual room. It was a great size for 2 people, fireplace was a necessity and appreciated. They have a full kitchen as well. You can hear the neighbors but it was not much of a problem. They also have a hot tub (for COVID restrictions, they book 30 minutes reservations so you get to have the hot tub all to yourself or friends!). Front desk people were also very helpful and welcoming. Oh and they have covered garage parking too. I would recommend this place and would rebook again when we come back to Breckenridge.

Amazing property. Super clean and accommodating. It was like staying at a nice hotel. And you can literally ski down and walk a cross the road and you are back at the apartment. Walking distance to all restaurants and downtown!
