Condo with 2 primary suites, balcony, beach views, grills, & pool-near beach

The location of the condo was excellent location to access the beach. There were a few cleanliness issues that were addressed to the rental company. They responded in a timely manner. But overall it was an excellent stay.

Great condo if you have a larger crowd. We loved having 2 refrigerators!! We don’t eat out but do all our own cooking. If you do that bring your own cookware. There were plenty of large plates and silverware but lacking in bowls and small plates. The coffee cups are smaller. I bring my own. There is a Keurig there which wasn’t in the photos. It worked well. We loved having so many bathrooms. The furniture is not showplace quality or condition but that was great since we didn’t have to worry about it. It’s the beach, right? Couches and beds were comfy. Everything was very clean. We loved the very long table! So many places don’t have this. The parking is a challenge if you are there in season. You get 3 tight spots. Bring small cars. There are 2 handicap spots and 2 visitor spots, also very tight. There is an elevator and a large cart to bring your stuff upstairs. We’d rent this again!

This was a great spot for our family gathering. The place was in good condition and the room set up was perfect for us. The location is great, being just across the street from the beach. We were lacking a few provided items, but there was good communication and a quick response to drop off the supplies.

Nice house! Great location!

It was a great location. Roomy enough for 12 adults and 5 children. A bathroom for everyone. Great ocean views from the living room and two bedroom balconies, close to food and shopping. The neighbors were the nicest, most helpful people. If I had to say anything negative it would be concerning parking. Really not the fault of this condo, more so a North Myrtle beach issue. You get three parking spots with this condo, there is NO overnight parking to purchase in North Myrtle. You will have to park extra vehicles at Walmart about 5 minutes down the road. If you rent a golf cart it will have to be parked in one of those three spots. Also only beach umbrellas are allowed at the beaches here. Nothing tent or canopy like.

We had a great vacation, but we definitely will not be staying at this condo again. To begin with we had five cars and there are only three spots allowed. I knew this going in and the week before the vacation I asked about parking and was told that there was a dirt lot right behind the building that we could use. There was no dirt lot anywhere near the building and we ended up having to park almost a mile down the road at $10 a night. I have in writing that I was told that there was a dirt lot nearby to park in. The condo was quite dirty when we arrived. It was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned, and there were sand everywhere. We noticed a lot of sand had been swept under the beds and the furniture. The king bed upstairs is incredibly uncomfortable—-almost like a pullout couch type of feel. Lastly, on the third day there when we tried to get into our condo for a lunch break, the code wouldn’t work. After trying several times I finally called someone and was told that they changed the code. I was not informed in any way that the code had been changed. Once I got into the condo, I asked the person on the phone if they could give me the code again and he asked me why I needed it if I had already gotten into the condo and why didn’t I write it down? I explained that I was coming from the beach trying to get into the condo and did not have paper and pen with me and he continue to be incredibly rude. Then the next day, the number six fell off the keypad. We did not bother letting anyone know because at that point we hadn’t received much help for anything else. We were able to manage to get it back on and use it for the rest of the week although there were times when the code was put incorrectly, and the door still would not open. It’s a nice condo for a good group, but the furniture in the beds and the cleanliness need a major upgrade for the cost. We’ve been coming to North Myrtle Beach for 18 years and I think this will be our last visit. The area is going downhill and not as family friendly as it used to be.

Great location with plenty of space for our large family.

My daughter graduated and wanted a beach trip. Trip was good. It was just across the street from the beach. Had enough space for everyone to sleep and plenty of space to eat at the table. Thanks for a great stay.

I come to Myrtle Beach every year and rent this unit

Very nice layout. The whole house was absolutely filthy. Disgusting!! We had to clean for hours beforehand. Luckily they let us in early. Mold on exhaust fans, tubs, shower curtains. Stove, refrigerator filthy. Tub filthy. Beds & underneath beds gross. Floors filthy our socks & feet black! Dryer was broke. Pans rusted and gross. Toaster had piles of bread stuck in it. Dishes chipped and some dirty! Food in sink and fridge. Fridge water filters bad. Ice jammed. Silverware drawers with crumbs all over. Curtains hard to open because ripped. Stained all over couches & pillows. I roll of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms no soap no paper towels laundry detergent no dish soap. 3 car spots which 1 is compact.

Our family decided to travel to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving since one of my sisters was not able to travel. This property was amazing, and the owner's outstanding

Spacious, clean ,fully equipped kitchen, cute little pool, friendly neighbors

The villa was very spacious and more private with only a few(I think 5)villas. A street over from the beach. Very small pool (3 and 4ft) but kids enjoyed it!

Plenty of space for large group. We had 11 family members including 5 teenage girls who had their own floor. Very easy access to beach across the street. Only issue was the parking garage. Very difficult to park SUV in small slots and the exit had a parking space too close to maneuver effortlessly. Otherwise wonderful condo to spend time in.

We had an amazing time at the Coconut Grove property. It was clean, had plenty of room for meals and games, and had beach access right across the street. Our party of 10 had more than enough space, and with two refrigerators, no food storage issues. Would recommend to anyone coming to this area!
