Condo w/ Spectacular Ocean View - Steps to San Clemente Pier, Beach & Downtown

Great communication, excellent host, fantastic view and access to the beach, pier and shopping up town.Home is very well stocked with all the essentials and many extras. Toys, chairs, surf boards all available and in fantastic condition. AWESOME parking. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location. Posted pics online we accurate. Great communication with property manager. He let us know that morning that it was ready and we could check in at noon. You can easily park 2 cars, one in the garage and one in front of it. 3 min walk to the pier and beach. They also had beach towels and chairs.

This house is in a great location and offers picture-perfect panoramic sunset views from the balcony! My husband and I stayed a week in February and had a great time. The host was very communicative. The house is a short walk down to the beach and SC Pier as well as the train station, but miraculously almost no train noise carries up the hill to the house. The neighborhood is hilly and the house has a full set of stairs from the driveway to the lower (bedroom) level, and another set of stairs up to the main living/dining/kitchen level. Some decor is dated or needs a refresh. Also, the house technically sleeps 7, but given the amount of dining seating (better for 4-6) we think the house would feel tight with more than 4 adults or a small family with kids. Lots of wonderful eateries nearby!

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the beach. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked for fun at the beach. The walk to the beach was under 3 minutes. We loved San Clemente, it is an awesome beach town with tons of food options. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of paradise with us.

We had a great stay at Shan's property. The communication before arrival was excellent. The property itself was just like the pictures. The views of the ocean were better than the pictures. The overall feel of the home is cozy and welcoming. We go to San Clemente 2-3 times a year and will search to see if this property is available going forward. We have always stayed at hotels nearby but the kitchen was great and the location cannot be beat.

This was our third time coming to San Clemente, and by far our favorite stay! From the minute I reached out to book, Shan was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond and bought a mattress pad for my toddler, to make his sleep more comfortable. We also celebrated my son’s 9th birthday there, and Shan sent new cake pans to the house for me to use! Our trip was planned with the intention of scoping out SC to possibly make a move there. Shan shared lots of community events that were happening so we could experience it all! The weather was absolutely perfect and we had 4 incredible sunsets in a row!! The views from the balcony are amazing and it was a great spot to soak it all up. The lounger on the balcony made for an extra cozy nap in the sun! We enjoyed dinner at 9 Style sushi one night, a recommendation from Shan. The house was a great size for our family of 5. My older two kids shared the bunk room and my toddler slept in a pack n play in the queen bedroom. Shan’s place is literally around the corner from the beach—making it convenient for walking with kids and pushing a stroller. If you can’t tell from the glowing review, this trip was just what we needed to convince us to move south!! :-) Will be recommending Shan’s place to family and friends who come to visit us in the future. ;) Thank you!!

we enjoyed your place and were impressed how well stocked the place is. the only disadvantage for us was the many steps , we were all passed 80 years old.I would not recommend the Fisherman's restaurant, the location is great but the food was disappointing .thank you

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach condo. It was well appointed with everything you need with in the kitchen and for fun at the beach. The condo has great views and one of the cleanest we've rented. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and dining. Shan is a wonderful host and made us feel so welcomed. She goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

It was very nice with a great view of the ocean and really close to a lot of fun activities.

I didn’t know it was located on a hill, not ideal for people who have feet issues, mold growing on the bathroom ceiling , and top step to condo dangerous, two of us tripped over it and I’m still recovering from a knee injury.

Beautiful home in a great location just minutes from the pier. Host provided beach gear which saved me time and money.Highly recommended.Only thing to be aware of is most properties in San Clemente do not have AC as it's not needed most of the time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! We’re already talking about returning for next year’s family vacation. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and we made the most of it with morning bike rides around town and runs along the beach trail.One of our favorite parts was the stunning view from the back patio. We could see the beach and pier, and each evening, we were treated to beautiful sunsets.The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from comfortable bedding and a well-equipped kitchen to beach towels, toys, a wagon, and boogie boards. This was so convenient for our family. Communication with the host was great, and we felt confident that if anything had come up, support would’ve been just a message away.Thank you for providing such a cozy and welcoming place to stay—it was a special treat for those of us who can only dream of coastal living!

Great location, everything provided (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, TP, paper towels, baggies, foil) plus plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Popcorn, tea, and cereal bars were a treat! View of the ocean was better than expected and a perfect walk to the pier. Cozy and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!! Great, sweet, thoughtful hosts! Thank you!

A perfect place to escape the chilly winter weather in the Pacific Northwest. The location and view are great. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The unit had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. Would definitely choose this property for another visit.

I don’t even know where to begin, this was the best place to stay in San Clemente, for so many reasons! Shan, is wonderful, and so easy to work with. Our view was spectacular, and being able to walk down to the pier and watch that magnificent sunset. also, everything in the house was so fresh and clean and up-to-date with comfort and care. Oh, and one more thing for those of you that are about the age of 73!!! That being me had absolutely no problems with the stairs when I looked at the pictures I was a little worried about the stairs, but it turned out to be absolutely no issue, just remember at our age we have to use the railing, that’s what it’s therefore! This rental, this location, this view was exactly as described. Just as described and even better. It was an extra treat to find a rental that provided the little things like soap, nice kitchen oils, etc. It was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing! The condo was very clean and the location was superb. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pier. Beautiful view of the water from the terrace/balcony. This was the best equipped kitchen we have encountered. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach in a lovely, quiet area. The view from the condo was breathtaking, especially during sunset, with a perfect sightline of the pier. It was the ideal spot to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy some downtime. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

Great location. Quiet. We did go on deck at 11pm and were talking and laughing and someone did yell quiet time at us. No problem. We went inside. Host very nice about it. Great garage and driveway for our two cars.

What a terrific property! Centrally located, just a few minute walk to the beach with a gorgeous view from the upstairs balcony. Comfortable, well-appointed and clean. We loved it and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This rental was one of the best stocked I've been to and was located within walking distance to the beach. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, so we did get a little warm without the AC, but otherwise we did not mind it and there were plenty of fans to keep us comfortable otherwise, even in August. The town has a lively downtown with shops and restaurants, the nearby pier and beach were clean and enjoyable we didn't bother driving to any others. We appreciated the beach supplies provided. Would highly recommend and stay again!
