It is located in Breckenridge near Main Street so you're close to shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're close to the lifts. Guests can also enjoy easy access to Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin by car or public transportation. The complex offers many amenities including a pool, hot tubs, a sauna, and more.

The studio features a4K Smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a queen-sized Murphy bed off to the side that can be pulled down at night. The homeowner upgraded to a new hybrid mattress September 2019. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private patio with access to the whole courtyard. For extra comfort black out drapes have been installed.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a single sink vanity with a granite countertop and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also washer and dryer near the entryway in a closet. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.
