Stayed Dec 5, 2024Upon arrival and walk through we found, hair hanging from kitchen faucet, dirty laundry in 2 closets, stains on pillowcases, rust stains on bathroom counter and stains on walls and ceiling. There was no soap in the shower dispensers and appliance were not wiped down. Property Manager was notified but was on site at another location on North side of city and was not coming out. He originally said we would be refunded, and that the property owner was too cheap to invest in it despite 4 other complaints for same location. I supplied pictures of the conditions and asked for a refund of the price, less the 1st night (due to short notice and discovery). We stayed in a hotel for the rest for the stay and was never refunded. Vrbo was no help and wanted to point fingers anywhere else but toward themselves. They obviously do not need your business if this is how they handle guests and location cleanliness.
