The owner thought of everything. We even had a crockpot. The place was clean and the beds were really comfortable and the couches weren’t worn out. Everything was perfect. We were close to town but close to walking paths. Would definitely recommend
This condo not only is well located to down town North Conway, but also very comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this property . We would also rent it when we go back up.
Beautiful well equipped condo. Very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located near downtown North Conway but away from the hustle and bustle.
This home away was the perfect resting spot for our family of 3. We cooked every meal and in between skiing we lounged around the large living room/dining room. We enjoyed looking at cranmore mountain right outside our windows. We even went for a nature walk right from our porch door. Everything we could ask for in a rental. Kitchen was stocked perfectly with pots and pans and fridge microwave and oven were spotless. Would return again in a heart beat!
Our group was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, especially with a cleaning fee and linen fee being tacked on to the cost of stay. It was quite dusty, their was a full load of dishes in the dishwasher (not sure if they were dirty or clean but either way they shouldn't our responsibility to put away), and the sheets were left on top of the bed rather than the beds actually being made in advance. After reading the Pinkham Vacation Rentals policies, I understand this is the policy to leave the beds unmade, but I think it's kind of ridiculous to be charged a specific fee for linens if they aren't even going to be on the bed. It seems like clean sheets actually put on the beds should be part of the bare minimum expected from a rental property.
The property was great. Plenty of room for a family. Clean, great kitchen, and close to Town. Would definitely stay there again!
