Condo w. Fireplace -Golf, Pools, Hot Tub, Sauna + Picnic Area w Grill

A nice location/area and worked great in our sleeping arrangements with 3 adults and 4 kids. We cooked in a lot and accomodations great for this too. Might have been us but we did have a hard time somehow finding this specific unit even with a visual map, directions & GPS. We weren't able to reach host directly but made contact through Vrbo.

Started on a bad note with the door handle being broke and the code not working to get in. Had to call and get a new code and figured out the handle had to be turned in a very specific manner for it to work. Family and I had to wait outside for about 30 minutes after driving all day and ready to get in.You can tell the complex is a little dated but this condo itself is remodeled and pretty nice. Newer appliances and plenty of room. Nice TVs and rooms stayed cool. Good water pressure and plenty or space to lay back and relax. Couple of the pillows had some wear stains on them but everything else looked and felt clean. My kids really liked the bunk beds. Parking and getting to room were pretty easy. Pictures are pretty accurate with spacing and everything. Checkout was at 10am and at 9am there was someone with a cart standing outside our door. They stood there the entire time until we left so that was kind of awkward as we were taking our bags to the car and stuff.My wife forgot her hair dryer & straightener under the sink in the bathroom and realized it on the way home. We called first thing the next morning and knew exactly where it was. 100% our fault and we offered to pay any shipping or other costs. Finally heard back a couple days later that they said it could not be located. Very disappointed that they must have been taken or trashed upon cleaning.

Our stay at the condo was fantastic! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — just a quick and easy drive to the La Conte Center. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Condo was nice and clean, only thing that was a hiccup was the air conditioner not being to be set past 74 degrees. Either than that it was great.

We stayed there three nights, really like location. Close to everything. Guest service is very responsive. We will be back for sure!

Our family (4 adults, 3 kids) really enjoyed our stay! The condo itself was very comfortable with everything we needed. Plenty of room for sleeping and spreading out. The kids enjoyed the pools every day. The location was perfect for going to Dollywood and the National park. And we could see the fireworks show from the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo very nice, clean and plenty towels etc. And Dollywood was literally five minutes drive away. Only negative was that initial instructions had advised that we were required to place parking pass in vehicles to prevent being towed and unfortunately the welcome packet was forgotten and I panicked as I didn’t want to have an issue. I was able to contact after hours manager that advised I didn’t have to worry. That they don’t really check on that.

The condo is cute and the location is great. However, we just got the sense that bare minimum effort is given to maintenance and care. The kitchen sink leaked (a whole sink full of dishwater drained into the cupboard) and it took long time to get any response on that. A maintenance person was eventually sent to address it, but we had no kitchen sink or dishwasher for almost a day and a half. The comforters and shams are in need of replacement. There were broken dishes in the cupboards. A closet door was missing. It wasn't awful. We had a good time. It just could have been better.

Condo is larger than I thought! Very clean and well equipted! Very Close to Dollywood, great restaurants, a number of shops, various things to do, etc. Really a perfect location and condo for us!
