Condo w/ Balcony & Shared Pool/Hot Tub/Rec Room - 1 Mile to Mammoth Village

I recently stayed at a place with about six beds, and it was a great experience. The host kept everything super clean and tidy, which made the stay really comfortable. Each bed was cozy, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a group stay!

The kitchen could use some updating—many of the utensils and cookware were worn, and there was no bakeware provided, which made cooking more difficult than expected.A few issues came up during our stay. My kids found an eyebrow razorblade inside a puzzle box, which was concerning and felt unsafe. Also, while the listing mentioned the property is smoke-free, we found cigars and a steel bucket on the balcony.The provided dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient, and a nice touch.The biggest downside to our stay—though not the host’s fault—was the neighbor who lives below the unit. He was very intrusive, asking personal questions and watching us every time we came and went. It made everyone in our group uncomfortable, especially when he stared at us through the balcony windows.

We love this place! Centrally located and easy to get to. There is plenty of space for all the kiddos too!

Condo has everything you need for a great Mammoth vacation. Plenty of beds in the loft. It was clean and fully stocked. We had no problems with the Wifi. Short drive to Eagle lodge.

This is definitely one of the bigger spots that I have stayed at in Mammoth. It was a typical Mammoth condo (older appliances and design). The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the place was not cleaned very well before we arrived. The shower had used soap in still, there was a dirty Starbucks cup that was left on a shelf right when you walked it, and there was a tortilla that was left in the warming tray underneath the oven. The soap and tortilla are understandable but the dirty Starbucks cup is what pushed everything over the edge. It did not ruin my day because it is not hard to throw away, but when you are spending so much money to stay somewhere, it would be nice to see the same level of effort for cleanliness given back

The room was clean and the hosts had great communication however the unit itself was very ill equipped in the kitchen. The listing states cookware, however there were no baking pans, proper chef's knives (they were missing handles), not enough glasses for the amount of people that can sleep in the house, only one burner worked and only ran 1 temperature - insanely hot, and the living room TV was completely unplugged with an insane amount of wires so we had to figure out how to get cable to even work. Great price but must have the lowest of expectations. The spa and rec room were nice.

We loved the loft setup. Plenty of beds for all the kids! Clean and comfortable unit. Hot water and heat worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to Vons.
