Melodie answered all our questions promptly and was helpful with whatever we needed. Would stay here again for sure. 10/10

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We loved our stay at this super cute and comfortable condo. The condo is large, well stocked, and clean and Melodie is great to work with. We really liked being on a lower floor both for the view and to be able to use the stairs. And being on the side of the building gives beautiful sunrises and afternoon shade while still having a great view. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Family had a great, relaxing week. Enjoyed a lot of sun and sand. 3rd floor was great. Easy beach access with stairs but didn’t have the noise level of a first floor. Had everything we needed. Pots, pans, bowls, cutting boards, and utensils for a family of 6.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This place was fine for us . They did seem to have a little bit of mold in bathroom under soap dishes and between tiles. I sure it will be resolved soon. We did a have leak in laundry room area and maintenance was there in 15 min and had it fixed in no time . We had a great time and all in all enjoyed our stay

Stayed Apr 5, 2025What a great location. We had easy access to everything we needed. The place was exactly as shown and described-even better! Impeccably clean, most comfortable beds of any rental we’ve ever had, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach. There is plenty of space for a group of 6 to 9! So nice to be right on the beach and the rental chairs are very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025The condo was great and well equipped. The only issue we had was the marijuana smell coming from a unit from the floor below us (223) We were told the resident has a medical marijuana license and smokes it in the unit during the day and evening.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024I’ve been coming to regency for 30 years. We’ve stayed in many different rooms. This room was about middle of the road. Definitely not the cleanest, but it was a place to stay while at the beach. Super disappointed with the pool situation. Towels are removed if left unattended for literally 4 minutes. We traveled back to the first floor room with my parents to gather more items and return to the pool and all of items had been removed for a second day!!! The manager even looked at the video to confirm we were literally gone for 4 minutes. The HOA should be made aware that we will never return to regency due to this alone. We had family in 3 different rooms this time, and while our business may not be missed I will be sure to never recommend this place again. I have already spread the word.

Stayed May 24, 2024We really enjoy RT and this condo and condo owner are great. 3rd floor is perfect for taking stairs and skipping elevator to get to beach! Tiki bar serves great drinks and food and is very reasonable
