Condo on the Water with a Dock on Kentucky Lake

It was beautiful and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place and the owners are great people.

The location is great and hosts very welcoming and polite. The listing does mention they use the first floor, so you hear folks upstairs, see people and kids in the yard, on the dock and swimming, as well as spoke with a few times. There are a couple big dogs that wandered 4-5 times onto our patio and up to our car which upset our grouchy small dogs. For us it was a bit spendy to be hanging with a family staying in their basement, but if you're a more social group you won't mind.

All was very good...The house was clean, everything worked as it should. The location for us was great. Convenient to local store, boat dock, private, pricing was reasonable. Marinas were close for gas and supplies. Short drive to restaurants Very short easy walk to the boat dock with chairs to enjoy the evening. All was just great

The stay at the Condo was fine but the weather wasn’t cool and rainy but we did catch some nice fish

My dad and I stayed at the property over the weekend with plans to fish Saturday and Sunday around the area. We never went anywhere else to fish because we caught so many fish the first day at the property. We didn’t even fish Sunday after ending up with seven quart bags of fillets on Saturday.The condo was very clean and the sunrise each morning over the lake was fantastic to watch while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast.

Bit outdated but comfortable

Our 2 night stay at Condo on the Cove was a perfect relaxing getaway for the family. The property was exactly as described, well supplied with everything we needed, and the host Kimberly was very responsive in answering questions. The location in the cove by the lake was private, quiet and very scenic. There was also a country market a short druve up the road with a deli, homemade pizza etc. Had a great time!

Great View

My issue…the condition of this Condos’ furniture was extremely worn (like you would find in a college frat house). The outdoor furniture was very basic. The carpet was old and very stained. Kitchen was nice. TV..very old, and basic, and remote took forever to work. Mattress in main bed room/ 3rd bedroom need replaced. My feeling, when you’re investing 200 a night, it should be nicer. We have rented homes all over the world…I was saddened by this experience. Kim was very responsive to our information requests. So, I’m conflicted…

Awesome seat for a sunrise and made a new friend with the old black dog. He was totally chill and just wanted to be around while we sat on the patio.

My husband and I usually go to Grand Rivers for our anniversary. Our anniversary would have been on Sept. 5th. My husband of 37 years passed away on May 17. My son and my daughter decided to come with me. We went and ate Patti’s and just enjoyed hanging out at the condo. It was a beautiful place and helped me get through this rough time. Thank you so much!

Property was as advertised, only issue was kitchen table chairs were not secure enough for us to sit on felt like if you shifted one or another it would come apart enjoyed it very much would recommend

My friends and I all turned 50 this year in May and we wanted to celebrate with a golfing and fishing getaway. I found this house on the lake near an area I was familiar with and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room for us, walk right out to the dock to fish and close to marina’s if you wanted to do some boating. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by with some fantastic scenery. We had an amazing time!!

Great peaceful place to visit with family. This place had everything we needed and then some. The only downside of this weekend was the dead fish smell from the dead fish that came into the cove by the house which is not something the owners can control but hindered us being on the water. Overall highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed getting together somewhere in the middle for our families. This place was spacious enough so we didn't feel crowded. The pool table was a definite bonus as it rained about every day. We loved fishing off the dock and caught a variety of fish and a few unwanted turtles:) Overall, this property was not worth what we paid in that there were so many cleanliness issues and things that we felt were overlooked or not provided upon the arrival of guests for a week. Disappointed after driving 9 hours to get there but again loved our visit with family.
