Stayed Nov 22, 2025We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. The condo was comfortable. The office staff were friendly and eager to help. Siesta Key is an amazing beach - and my teen granddaughters loved that they could walk across the street and find a coffee shop, ice cream, and a market. We ate Thanksgiving dinner at Clayton’s and could not have asked for a better meal! Great location. We definitely recommend Seashell 505!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Great location, beautiful unit inside. Beach access, chairs, pool, grills all were great. It is an older building and parking in the garage is a challenge with all mid and large SUVs because it is low. I will be back!

Stayed Jan 20, 2025Despite the chilly and rainy weather we had a great visit. Lots of car exploring. We definitely want to revisit for more beach time. This is an excellent unit. Great condition, well maintained and very clean. Beautiful view out to the beach. Convenient location. All A. We will be back.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We thoroughly enjoy our stay. This was our first time staying in this condo, but second time in Siesta Key. We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law & 16month old granddaughter so we wanted to stay right on the beach. The hosts were very responsive, and even provided links to places I could rent a pack-in-play from. We enjoyed the balcony and ocean view each day. Check-in was easy, as instructions were emailed in advanced. I look forward to coming back and staying here again. Thank you!!

Stayed May 19, 2024Loved our stay at the Condo at seashell in Siesta Keys. The owners were so accommodating. They sent us a list of restaurants, things to do and even asked if we were celebrating something. The condo was even nicer than I thought, the living space was so big and very comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
