    Very good value but I rented it in the summer. Very comfortable clean up to date decorated nicely redone bathrooms. Just be advised there is no elevator and this is the third floor. Also there is no air conditioner.

    The property was a very short walk from the Gondola and in the heart of Lionshead. The location would be hard to beat.

    When we arrived all the chairs were on counter top and dining table. The coffee table and end tables were stacked on the fire place. The closet in the second bedroom was stacked with junk and we couldn’t hang our clothing up. Dishes were left in the dishwasher, we didn’t know if they were clean or dirty.

    Nice, clean and close to everything in Lionshead. Just a two minute walk to lift and gondola. Will definitely stay there again.

    This property is in the perfect location - an easy walk to the lift and all of the Lionshead shops & restaurants. The condo is set up perfectly for families with a king size bed in one bedroom and two separate beds in the second bedroom. The layout was very nice - our family of 4 was very comfortable staying together in the condo for a week long vacation (college aged kids). Also, the property management company was very responsive. Thanks for a great experience!

    This unit is at the end of its life cycle. Beds and bedding need to be replaced. Tattered carpeting. Leaking shower pans, dryer exhaust that dumped out in room. Hot during the day. NO AC. 2 small fans in the unit. Location is great.

    The condo is just as stated. The biggest plus is its location. The condo is maybe 100 yards from the gondola and next door to shops, restaurants, bus stop, grocery store, etc. The condo is small but more than adequate for two to maybe four people.

    Wonderful location with everything around us. Communication with the property management company was great from pre arrival, while we were there, and afterwards. I highly recommend the place. I’m already planning another trip next year!!!
