The cozy living room is adorned with tasteful furnishings, and a large smart TV awaits, perfect for enjoying a movie night or catching up on your favorite shows after a day of exploration. You can start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private balcony soaking in the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The balcony also serves as a delightful spot to unwind and take in the fresh mountain air at any time of day. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
