The location was great with easy parking. Easy to walk to a lot of places yet still away from the downtown chaos.

This was a nice quiet area. There was plenty of parking and in a perfect location with plenty of walkable restaurants. The space was clean and adequate for what I needed.

Small issue with the a/c but was quickly fixed by host.

Check in was easy! Olivia was quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.

In a nice location walking distance to eating . Short Uber to Broadway bars.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The location is great- an easy walk to downtown, the Gulch and many clubs. The host was very helpful.

The Good - Easy and efficient booking process and quick turnaround on confirmation. - Competitive rates based on location near to city core. - Close proximity to many venues and points of interest. - Helpful tips and information, from the host/property mgr., about the city and things to see and do. - Pleasant decor. - Adequately equipped with essentials: coffee, towels, hygiene products. The Not-so-Good - Unable to access the unit at time of arrival, based on info/code provided. Required a call and was rectified quickly. - Burnt out lightbulbs at entry and elsewhere within the unit. - No good calibre knife(s) for food prep. The BAD - The front room area rug is so dirty with stains and spills and if not cleanable, should be discarded. Important to note, that this was a previous visitor complaint that was supposed to be rectified. - Other areas of the unit showed dirt/grime, uncleanliness. - Drywall repair patches in the bathroom. The unit should not be offered for rent in this condition. Reflects poorly on the property mgr. Gives the impression of indifference to the guests vs. a best-it-can-be condition.

This property was perfect. Perfect location, Host, clean and modern.
