Stayed Oct 10, 2025Check in was hectic, was told i didn't pay for parking, even though i showed the que code, then was hung up on, once i made it to the front desk after calling and being told i changed my reservation date, to show proof that i actually didn't. Parking instructions were very clear, we were told by front desk to park anywhere in the yellow. Condo view was great, but the its a little dated and had lots of water stain from damage it looks like. The master bed squeaked with every movement.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025The condo was clean enough, the walls could use a scrub or fresh coat of paint, and we think the linens on the fold out couch were left from the last tenant, but the floors and bathroom were clean. Had to clear a slow drain in the master bathroom shower. Not the renter’s fault but the elevator situation at this condo is pretty terrible- expect long waits and HOT crowded elevators. We didn’t stay inside much, but for the price, this wasn’t a bad stay at all.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Our room was dirty- sand still on the sheets, bottom of the trash can was filthy, the couch cushions were stained and had food crumbs on them, plus sand was still everywhere in the room. No broom available to sweep the sand either. The fridge didn’t get cold enough so our food was ruined overnight. We received a new fridge for one day then they returned the old one ensuring us it would stay cold- it did not so they brought us a cooler with ice bags to put our food in for the rest of our stay. We had a working fridge for 2 out of 7 days. The dryer didn’t work so we had to hang clean towels all over the room to air dry.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Overall, we had a very good stay.Pros: Clean, basics were there… the condo itself was great, could use a little updating, but if you travel with kids/teens, nothing fancy is needed… in fact the more basic, the better! The pool was a favorite, I think we spent the majority of our time there. Lots of kids, lots of new friends made. The majority of the staff were nice & helpful. The onsite restaurant was pretty good as well, the seafood boil is amazing, and prices were decent. There is also ice cream and coffee on site… there were days the furthest we went was to the beach and back. We ate, swam, and played on site… very nice.The cons: The parking garage, pain. Luckily, this rental is on the 15th floor, w/no assigned parking- thank goodness! Any time we had to park we drove to the top level, where the spots are bigger & there’s plenty of parking available. Another bonus of that, when the elevators stop working or just take forever to figure out where they’re going, it’s only 3 flights to the condo itself, easily doable for my kids and me.Also, the elevators. Only 6 elevators in the entire complex. They’re constantly breaking down, slow, and overloaded. But hey, you’re at the beach, just don’t be in a rush, or be prepared to take the stairs.Lastly, the exterior is a bit outdated and dark… the hallways are dark, which is a little scary the first time you’re trying to figure everything out. They are working on that currently! Bring extra blankets & enjoy your stay!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Excellent company to rent condo from. Very efficient and quick to respond to questions. Prompt service when maintenance was needed. This condo was a bit outdated, could you some hanging hooks for bathrooms, more dish towels, potholders and refresh of paint. But overall it was perfect for us, loved the location of the condo and size of unit.
