It is a very nice property, comfortable at an affordable rate for the number of people it can accommodate.

Great location nice gated community. But the overall condo its self was bad. There was food spilled on the walls. The furniture was ripped and definitely needed updating. There was an awuful smell in the bathrooms. Floors were filthy. Not taken care of at all. It was definitely spot cleaned not deep cleaned. The pictures make it look way better.. you get what you pay for

We so thankfull staying at this condo. Ben & Annie gave good information before and for the arrival at the condo. We appreciate that. The house was super comfortable, with good space and the location was perfect. We loved our stay at this condo. We recommend this condo if you are a group or you have children. We love it.

Great host, price & location! Very clean! I appreciated that there was a fleece blanket since a storm made it cold in Kissimmee our last night. It would be nice to have the top cloth piece on the ironing board as a refrigerator that has an ice maker. I used a towel to put on the metal of the ironing board. There was 1 miniature set of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in just 1 of the bathrooms.

THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND NICE AND COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!!THE HOST BEN WAS GREAT!!!

This condo was super close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe the condo was clean and well stocked with towels and starter soap and laundry detergent. The only tiny complaint we had was the back left bedroom was warm at night even with the air conditioner on. The kids slept with the door open and a fan that that we found in the condo. But I would stay again. It is on the third floor so anyone that can’t manage stairs needs to consider another location. Very great stay

The house is situated in a central location. The beds were comfortable which is very important to us. It has nice accommodations for an infant. (Crib and high chair) The clubhouse is a short distance away and has a nice pool/hot tub if you looking to spend a day at home. There is a poolside bar that also serves food which was a big hit. All and all a great stay for the price, we would book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had no issues. The condo was very clean and orderly. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Please note this is on a 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have mobility issues maybe not for you but aside from that it was great! Very close to Disney parks and restaurants.

Building was nice, inside of condo had roaches, dirty plates in the dishwasher, gloors needed mopping, Definitely needed a good cleaning.

We were in Orlando for my daughters cheer competition at ESPN World Wide Center. We stayed for 5 days. Community was great, location perfect. Communication with owner great. Condo was in good condition. Listing mentioned a sleeper sofa when I booked, however there was not one. Owner did mention after I contacted him about it that they replaced the sofas due to the sleeper couch being old & worn out per a previous review. I did not see that review nor was a message sent stating that there was no longer a sleeper sofa. The area that I was told to take the trash that did not fit in the trash bench was blocked off & a note stated that we were not allowed to dump trash there. I had to go find a dumpster to take out all the trash that did not fit. Minor inconveniences…would just like to have known a head of time to plan accordingly. Overall a great experience & I would stay again.

Very nice condo 1st time trying one out, generally rent a house in the same complex, but would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 stayed here for a week. Everything was as described and the condo was comfotable and spacious. Nice pool area and close to most attractions.

Located well. A couple things need updating in the condo but it was clean and the pool and walking paths and security made it really nice.

It served its purpose as our home away from home. It was comfortable and quiet. The resort is very well kept.

It was a very nice place for the family to stay at! we went to disney and other places! we stayed there for 10 days! we were able to use the pool and stuff while we were there

Easy drive to WDW and just a little further to Universal, Sea World, and the convention center. Pack TP and paper towels (for this low price it isn't a big deal). Beds were comfortable and the little balcony a great coffee spot.

This complex is great, we've stayed at it before and will again in the future, just at a different place. We stayed here to go to Disney and the proximity is wonderful with a starbucks on the way to the parks and a Walmart close as well. -You will need to go to the Walmart to get paper towels and toilet paper. In both bathrooms we were only given what would equate to a half roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl for 4 days. No paper towels are provided and no hand soap to wash hands in the bathroom or kitchen. Floors could be mopped after each use because they may look ok, but a barefoot tells the truth. The unit does have new couch and love seat that are really nice and comfortable. The second bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. While the AC works great in the common space, its only so so in the bedrooms. Luckily there was a small fan in the 3rd bedroom closet that worked great! Being on the 3rd floor is a tough walk up after a day of Disney because there is no elevator. The master bedroom has great space for your clothes, but not so much in the other two bedrooms. The rooms are a bit small to have a dresser to put clothes in, but what was in there the two small drawers were broken not suitable to put your clothes. We put our stuff on top the two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Lack of plug outlet space is another issue. We had items plugged in throughout the unit. The owner was a bit snippy after an inquiry I had, but was responsive.

Perfect for what we needed. Close to all the parks and only 20-30 min from downtown Orlando.
