Clear view of the beach and rooms were clean and very cute.

Pros - The complex is clean and large with a gift shop. The check in process and parking process was easy and smooth. The condo was roomy and had everything needed in the kitchen. Cons - The pictures do not accurately represent what you see when you walk in. This was originally 2 condos they made into one so one of the back bedrooms has a door directly to the hallway which made us uncomfortable putting small children in that room. There is an old thermostat on the wall that was originally for the back bedrooms and it did not work so the back 2 bedrooms went with out AC for our stay. I have a feeling they are aware of this issue as there were multiple large fans in the closet. The lighting in the back 2 bedrooms is very dim as well. There is a washer and dryer set by the back bedrooms that do not work. The entrance and hallway has multiple large drywall patches that look like they were in the middle of repair. The washer and dryer in the front hallway works great but it is very small. For a condo that holds 8-10 people you would assume it would be a full size but it is economy and will only hold about 3 beach towels. The balcony is very small. There is room for 3 people to sit or look at the ocean but not enough room for a table or to eat outside. The living room rug needs to be replaced as it is gray from dirt. The floors of the condo were disgusting. Our feet were black from walking on the floor when we first arrived. We love Daytona but we were disappointed with our stay.

Well, the unit was a little quirky. I felt like it was a very good value for money, I felt like it was very clean. Spacious and well-appointed. It had almost everything you needed. I would recommend that if you're staying more than a day or two you bring laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The only thing about the unit specifically that we didn't like were two things. The first was that the beach toys and chairs had all sort of just been shoved in the closet. It was very overwhelming. The second thing is the master bedroom overlooks the ocean and the main pool which is amazing. But since this resort leaves, its football stadium lights on over the pool 24 hours a day. It was very bright in there, even at 3:00 in the morning. The only reason that I didn't give this place four or five stars is mostly because of the resort itself and has very little to do with the independent unit. I don't feel specifically like this. Resort is a good place for families during spring break time. It has a lot of heavy traffic from students and there were some security issues while we were present. There are five pools. The two indoor ones while the room is heated. The pool itself is not and is very cold. The outdoor pools there are two heated ones, but it's not the lazy river or the little kid play area. So if you're planning on hanging out in those locations when it is not 90, it will be cold. During our stay it was 75 in the pool with the slide was very overcrowded.

Great view but not great for safety. Condo is very large and would be great for a large family or groups staying together. Upon arrival I realize the sliding glass door did not have a lock on it. I immediately contacted the owner and was told she wasn’t aware and thanked me, but did nothing about it. The first night it was only my 14 year old daughter and I staying. The patios are connected and someone could have easily gotten in or a young kid could have gotten out. I even called Vrbo and they told me this was a safety concern and tried booking me a new place. Finally at 1:15am I finally hung up after being on the phone for hours (we had to be up at 5 am for a tournament). I found a small piece of wood and tried to wedge in the door (door track is on the outside so I couldn’t wedge something in the track). Also come to find out the en-suite bathroom door (leads to the living room) doesn’t even lock. You can jiggle the handle and it opens. Day two the owner didn’t respond to any of my messages about getting someone out to fix the lock. Complete negligence! I will give the owner the benefit of the doubt, it was late the first night but that’s not excuse for the second day. Vrbo refunded me 200 for my inconvenience (half of one nights stay). The place is decent and good size (could use some updating), but be warned the owner won’t help you if anything is wrong even if safety is concerned.

The condo and amenities exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and our host was quick to respond to any correspondence. We hope to be able to stay again.

The ammenities at the condo were great; the condo itself was very spacious but needs updating. AC in the 2 bedroom area did not work very well and the master sink barely drained water. Just needs some updating but the condo space was perfect.

No handicap ramp to the beach. The only one was a public one that was damaged in the last storm and not repaired. So we had to spend 31.00 a day to drive to the beach. And the Elevators are super sliw for a property this size. You will wait sometimes 15-20 minutes and that's not exaggerating. The condo we used was nice.

My family stayed for 4 days and we had an amazing time. The view from the condo is amazing and condo itself was good. I will say that who ever is cleaning the condo is not doing a good job. The host of the condo is very nice I had an issue and she got back to me very quickly and things were fixed quickly. Everything you need is in walking distance no need to move your car at all. There were plenty of things to do in the resort and the staff were very friendly.

I have stayed at the Wyndham on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, this most recent visit was notably disappointing. Communication with the host was minimal to nonexistent, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The condition of the unit was below expectations, with the rooms clearly in need of a deep cleaning—something I documented with video. Additionally, the bathroom floor requires repair, and the jetted tub was non-functional.Unexpectedly, we were asked to leave early—not by Wyndham, but by the condo owner. Both a security guard and a police officer confirmed that we had done nothing wrong or illegal. Despite the abrupt departure, I ensured that all checkout procedures were followed, including cleaning the condo and laundering most of the towels—tasks that were not required of me. In fact, the officer advised me that I was not obligated to complete these steps due to the circumstances.While I generally enjoy staying at Wyndham properties, I would not book with this particular owner again.

The condo was in a great location - spent 5 nights and never had to move the car. Balcony was a little small for 4 adults but the view was spectacular! Didn’t have any issues until our check out when the owner accused us of destroying her curtains and chastised us for not starting dishwasher or throwing away coffee. I’ll admit we forgot to throw away coffee but we did start the dishwasher (can’t help it if it didn’t clean the dishes 100%) and we are 4 women in our late 50’s so Did not “hang from the curtains” as we were accused. So just a friendly warning that the place is great but owner was a challenge.

Location is the only reason I'd stay here again. Lack of communication from host. Hot tub jets did not work.

While the condo was nice, clean and the owner was responsive, there were issues. There are two doors to get in the condo. One worked the other didn’t. We didn’t think much about it as we only needed one. Come to find out the other door, located on my bedroom with my granddaughters was not locked. It appears the lock was broke. I was not comfortable knowing if anyone tried, they could get in. The biggest issue was the guest bathroom. The sink did not drain correctly. Brushing your teeth or washing your hands filled up the bowl. And don’t use this bathroom to have a BM. The toilet will overflow. The sliding glass door to balcony didn’t work. The owner was very quick to get someone out there to fix it. We used that balcony almost 24/7 The view was beautiful. The resort was very nice. Once the owner fixes these issues, the condo will be a five star stay.

We were in town for a dance competition. The location was perfect. The pool area was nice. We didn’t get to use it much. Would stay again

We stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect. Very clean condo. It could use some maintenance in the bathrooms, however. The weather was uncooperative , not the condo's fault. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location! Five of us stayed in this 3 bedroom condo. Easy walk to Biketoberfest. Enjoyed the pools & the beach. Fun restaurants & shopping nearby.

Great location, nice pools/hottubs/lazy river. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen had everything you need, minus the food 😄, the unit was very clean. The one thing I would say needs improvement is adding mattress toppers, as every bed was quite hard (I ended up sleeping on the comfy couch due a previous back injury). Also plan on purchasing more toilet paper, the unit only supplies 2-3 rolls. We would DEFINITELY stay here again, we had a great adult family vacation.

This unit is sparkling clean !! the couches are as comfortable as the beds! Very well stocked with everything you could ever need. decorated beautifully with ocean art. I cannot say enough good things!!!! 5 star all the way

We didnt use a lot of amenities, as we were there for a conference, but the rental was clean and looked very nice. Great view and location. Would definitely stay again.
