Getting around
• Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride.
• The area is well served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts.
• The nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and Interlaken West train station is a 10-minute walk.

    Location was good. The beds were not king as stated- they were queens. The advertised air conditioning was one wall unit that did not feed into either bedroom. We had an issue with ants all over the kitchen. It said on site laundry- upon checking in told you yes laundromat. I feel like if you advertise amenities like beds and AC people expect it. It’s expensive and we were disappointed and felt inconveinced.

    The place was lovely and the balcony fantastic! The management was responsive and really great. When we needed more towels, they were prompt in providing. The place was perfect for the two of us and I suspect would be good with two adults and two children as there is one full bathroom and a half bath (toilet only). They had all the adapters needed and the kitchen and table were big. The furniture was comfortable too. The location was also great (on the west side) walkable to everything. We had one minor issue. When we booked, the description noted there was laundry in the apartment. This was important to us as we were travelling for a while and knew we wanted onsite laundry. When we arrived (months later) the laundry was behind a locked door so we couldn't do laundry in the place (that is ok, it's their prerogative to decide whether it's usable to the public or not). We were just a bit disappointed as at the time of booking, we thought there would be laundry on site and were willing to pay for such amenity (and thought we did). However, the description is now modified with this correction and the self-serve laundry is literally around the corner so it was close (but expensive). We would still highly recommend this place and the SwissHut management that we worked with.
