We had a great stay - the condo worked very well for our family and we loved that it was walkable. Only negative was how crowded the beach was but it was 4th of July week! Overall wonderful place and wonderful week!

We recently stayed at this condo and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Traveling with two teenagers, we wanted to have plenty of options. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just a short walk to a variety of shops, fantastic restaurants, and, best of all, the beach! Whether we wanted to grab a quick coffee or açaí bowl, enjoy a nice dinner, or spend the day soaking up the sun and listening to the waves, everything was right at our fingertips.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet still close to all the action.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay. The check-in at the realty office was friendly, quick, and organized. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The property was as pictured. Large front and back enclosed areas. Upstairs balcony. Steps to the pool. Short walk to the beach access and to Coligny Plaza. The only issue was there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa.

Great experience and would stay again.

This was a great location. Cleaning could be a bit better. Behind chairs and end tables a bunch of dirt and some dead bugs. It was otherwise a great stay!

We enjoyed this rental and would likely stay again. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool on site was great too. The only down side I would say is I wish the kitchen was better stocked for cooking. Overall a great stay though and would recommend to others.

I wish you didn’t need an old fashion key to secure the property. Also the original package did not have the old fashion key nor the parking pass. We consider ourselves lucky to just be at your office at the same time one of your workers was dropping off something if nobody was there we never would’ve been able to get a key to get into the unit. While looking for the key we tried calling the number on the form but no answer. Also I guess we were lucky being near the end of the season they weren’t checking for parking but there were no parking pass we cannot handmade one.

Nice and clean, good location, good time for all

Rented this place 2 yrs ago & was disappointed in the condition of the condo this time. Upon entry the front door handle was barely hanging on, had to buy screwdriver to fix it. Condo smelled like cigarette smoke. Return vent going upstairs had layer of dust, had to vacuum it, with little luck as vacuum was not powerful. Could not open upstairs balcony door bc handle was scotch taped secured. Bulb on chandelier was broken and hanging on it's side. Shower doors could use a good magic eraser cleaning...easy to do! My recommendation is to hire a honest cleaning company that will fix & report maintenance needs. Robert was responsive only if I would call him. Would not rent this condo again. The only positives with this condo is...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Overall was enjoyable. A couple small things that were a mild annoyance. Beware of the jellyfish while at the beach though .
