Completely Renovated Cozy & Quaint Condo Steps to Beach

Great condo in a great location. Very well equipped and host was very accommodating. Would recommend without hesitation!

Anthony is super friendly. His unit is very clean. It had everything we needed. We loved being on the end, and on the first floor. We were steps from the beach. We would love to stay at another one of Anthony's properties again. Could not recommend him or his property enough.

Really excellent location and steps to the beach. Comfortable environment with plenty of space for kids and adults. Anthony provided detailed instructions and helpful advice on fun places to go. Had a wonderful.stay! Condo was clean well, well furnished and in a great location! Pool was well enjoyed by my kids as well!

We spent 14 days at the condo and it was perfect for us. Our kids went to space camp at Kennedy Space center and the location of the condo could not have been better. It was an easy drive to get them there and back. In fact everything was super close from grocery store, dollar tree, museums, and more. The beach was an easy walk to get to and it was never busy. Had a nice rinse off station so we never brought back to much sand. The washer and drier were a life saver. Being able to do laundy ment we didnt have to bring a ton of clothing, and my kids had to wear the same shirt everyday for camp, so being able to wash it was so great. Really can't say enough good things about the place.

Once again, I had an amazing vacation at Karen & Anthony’s place. Loved the cleanliness, easy check-in, location & excellent communication. They are wonderful, accommodating hosts who go above & beyond, making my stay comfortable & enjoyable! I highly recommend booking with Karen & Anthony.

Anthony was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Everything was as we expected so no complaints although he said to contact him if we needed anything. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

It our third time renting this unit. Everything his perfect easy accès to everything. Very clean . But most of all , amazing communication with owner. And do worry if anything append during your stay owner take care of you very fast . Thank you

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect. Restaurants, grocery stores were within walking distance. Beach was literally a five minute walk and so was the pool. It was also in a very good area I felt very safe. I would definitely come back. Thank you to Anthony and Karen for being great hosts.
