Comfortable with pretty views of the beautiful grounds of the country club and the mountains. Would definitely stay again!

House itself excellent and communication with the owner friendly and helpful. The only “less the perfect” was the condition of the swimming pools at the country club: not clean. But this is no fault of the condo’s owners.

This is a lovely condo. Beautiful views, great decor. Phil was very accommodating for us. We would love to come back.

The unit was nicely equipped. It overlooked a beautiful golf course. The beds and linens were very nice. Nice area to walk. Unit is on the 2nd level, so if stairs aren't your thing that may be an issue. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Condo itself was spacious, fully equipped and nicely decorated, however the condo exterior space was limited to a shaded upper deck. 23 of the 48 pools were effectively closed (not being cleaned or heated), including the 5 pools closest to our unit. We had to drive to pool #48 which was fairly clean, but the washrooms were very dirty with broken fixtures. Overall, the club itself did not have an upscale feel. We could also hear the trains regularly. I wish these factors had been disclosed to us by the owners.

The townhouse has high ceilings that give it a roomy feel. The interior decor is beautiful and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. View from the patio also incredible. There is good sound insulation at the property fortunately because it is right next to a train track. The pools in this gated community are not as inviting as they could be. I saw photos first and brought my own sun umbrella for the lounge chair since there were few to none at the pool. I would say that the owners of this unit provide an affordable upscale experience as an alternative to staying at a hotel for a weekend with friends. We would visit again and appreciate the great thought and care the owners took in making this unit beautiful. For those with mobility issues, the property is inaccessible. As soon as you enter the interior door, you must take stairs to get to the living quarters. Nothing but laundry room on the ground floor.

Place was great, the balcony overlooking over the golf course was spectacular. The house was fully stocked with amenities.

The location was breath taking. House was nice and clean. Host was awesome! Will definitely come here again!

My wife and the kids and I needed to be in Palm Desert and we all hate hotels so we thought why don't we look into booking a condo, rather than just a room? Best decision we've made all year!! This condo was fabulous. Clean as can be and my wife went on and on about the decorating. I personally liked the views the best but the kids loved watching all the ducks and other wildlife from the condo. Host was super friendly and easy to work with so all in all a perfect stay. Will definitely be returning for a longer period in the future.

Very clean and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the nearby pool was excellent. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here once before three years ago and have never forgotten the wonderful time we had. So when we decided to come back to Palm Desert we just had to stay here again! And just like last time, we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Booking was simple, Phil was easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze and the condo was just as beautiful as we remembered. The views are second to none and the property was so, so pretty. I'm already sad that we're home, but my husband and I are already planning our third trip! Yipppeee!!!

Enjoyed our two night stay here! The unit is as described and matched the photos. It’s recently updated with modern decor. The kitchen has everything you need and is well appointed. The views from the balcony are beautiful - lots of birds and golfers to watch. The owner was very responsive with our questions and requests. Only downside to the location is the nearby train tracks and freeway across the street from the garage. Noise level isn’t bad (we both slept fine, it’s more like white noise) but the passing trains do cause the unit to gently vibrate. Even with this, we highly recommend!

This condo was very comfortable for a 2 week stay for our family with 2 teens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc and clean and new appliances. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with Mrs Meyer’s soaps and plenty of paper products. The dining and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The internet worked great. The views from the condo of the mountains, palm trees, and golf course were lovely. The area felt very safe. The host was very helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations! The occasional rumble of the train tracks mentioned in another review didn’t bother us at night because we all use white noise apps for background noise. There was never a train horn. We hope to return to the area and stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was immaculate upon arrival. We’ve stayed at several Palm Valley condos and this was probably the nicest. The owners, Phil and Olly, were awesome as well. I highly recommend them and this condo if your planning a visit to Palm Desert.

Great place to hang out with friends

Although I had a hard time getting into the property (it was my fault for not reading through some of the instructions in the email), it was a great location, accommodations, and a great overnight stay!
