I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family arrived after midnight due to flight delays, it was very easy to find the lock box at the rental office to obtain the keys and information, returning the keys was very simple, walk into the rental office and leave the keys with an agent!The condo was spotless upon entering, and all necessary items were where they were supposed to be for easy access.The kitchen appliances and silverware are high end products and look new.The bathrooms are in fact updated and very clean, the closet space is huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night.It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped (Kuerig, blender, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, wagon, etc…). The entire unit was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Islan!

Everything was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and beach supplies. We didn’t have hot water for most of our stay and had to endure listening to the noise when the replacement was being installed. I was disappointed that even a small credit for the inconvenience wasn’t offered.

The condo was very well decorated and updated. The only thing i would suggest would be new beach equipment, as it seems that previous renters did not care to take care of it. Otherwise A+
