It will be over by the end of this year.

Third time I’ve stayed at compass point and when I go back there will be a fourth. Perfect location ( except during sand in my boots weekend in which case nowhere near hwy 59 is very good when that’s in town) love this place

We had a restful stay, but construction was taking place while we were there.

Unfortunately the entire condo was under construction/repair. From 730 -400 each day there was constant drilling, sanding or some sort of loud grinding noise. It was hard to hear the tv or take a nap ( love vacation naps❤️). The staff we encountered or spoke with were great as usual. The condo though dated was comfortable and very clean. Facility maintenance is needed but wish we knew ahead of time so we could make an informed decision about staying while it was being done. We would highly recommend CP , maybe just call to see if major repairs are being made 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wanted to o to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach as we heard it was very nice place. It was a little more busy then we thought but over all very good and we plan on coming back

This location is perfect for my daughters to get out in the lagoon with their paddle boards, swim in the pool, walk along Little Lagoon trail, or head to the ocean. This is our second year staying at this location and in this condo. Will likely return for our future vacations.

It was very clean and had plenty of coffee pots. Not a good place to stay if you drive an EV.

We had a good stay. Love staying at the place. Really the only complaint is there was used contact lenses on the bedside table. The east was fine.

Reviewer Comments: the balcony and the view was unbeatable, we sat out every morning watching the fish fly, pools light up so pretty at night and the breeze off the water keeps it nice an cool, anytime we were in the room we sat outside, my kids never even wanted to watch tv the whole trip. washer and dryer def came in handy from all the sand at the beach that comes home with you no matter what you do. the indoor pool was under construction and that was a bummer but no a deal breaker. we still had plenty to do.
