Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. It has been beautifully redecorated after the hurricanes. Our grandchildren squealed with joy when they saw their bedroom. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the well loved Barbie dolls in the living room cabinet. The lanai was very comfortable with the seating and the view is stunning. I have been coming to Sanibel for many years and there is nothing not to like about this condo. These owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable.

We had reserved a condo in another complex; getting down to the wire we found out it might not be ready for our week--here comes the anxiety... Then Kelly provided a few other options to choose from and we ended up staying in a new (to us) complex, and the condo exceeded expectations. Great condo layout--the rooftop access was a wonderful bonus. Select Vacations made check in/out easy and convenient and made sure we had the information we needed ahead of time. We also would suggest some type of community cart/wagon to use for hauling your belongings from the car to the condo in fewer trips upon arrival and departure.

We returned this year, missing 2023 due to Ian. I found our units at Compass point on February and booked them through Select Vacations. We were very pleased. Units were beautiful and although there was 1 maintenance glitch, it was corrected expeditiously. The island is coming back, but much remains. But on the whole my family’s love for Sanibel was renewed!

We loved the large patio with its amazing view of the beach! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We loved the beach accessories available in the storage closet. And being right on the beach was amazing! We found so many beautiful shells! We would definitely stay here again!

We experience some construction noise from other units that they are still being renovated/rebuilt after hurricane Ian in 2023. Overall the rental and the complex were very nice.

The condo is well appointed, and still in the process of being updated - with some blinds needing hung, and items on the porch needing updated. . We did have some maintenance issues while there - staff good about responding, but were delayed due to holiday. Because of Hurricane, no-see-ums are very prevalent as well as other bugs this summer.

Very well stocked kitchen. Only thing my family would have preferred is softer beds/mattresses and king size pillows on king sized beds. However, this wouldn’t stop us from staying at this property again.

Reviewer Comments: We always knew we would celebrate our 40th anniversary on Sanibel but we didn’t plan on a hurricane doing the damage it did to the island. We’ve been vacationing on Sanibel for the last 17 years and have stayed in several different locations on the island. We have never stayed in a place with an ocean view and the view from this condo is breathtaking. The condo is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. The porch was my favorite spot! The kitchen had everything We needed and more. We didn’t visit the pool but it looked great. There was a storage room on the ground floor that had everything you’d need for the beach. One elevator was working and that was nice but we used the stairs quite a bit. Even with all the work taking place on the island the noise was never a problem. I can only make positive remarks about this property. It was a perfect week.
