Stayed Jun 19, 2025My family and I rented a few condos and had our family reunion there. It was great! Beautiful beaches and stores and restaurants were close by. I don’t think there was enough toilet tissue if staying longer than 3-4 days. Definitely need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels to this unit. Overall beautiful view from our rooms. Clean place!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The condo is very nice looking and comfortable for a large family. The kitchen has adequate space and appliances, so that foods can be easily prepared. Swimming, beach walks, and looking at the beach and boaters is just relaxing.

Stayed May 16, 2024The property itself was a great place to stay. The downside of the experience was the communication breakdown to get the parking pass. We were supposed to get a complimentary parking pass - that was not initially honored. We also purchased an additional pass on line prior to our trip - also not initially honored. It was a complicated process to get it straight. Overall, it was a good place to stay when we were given funds back that were already paid upfront.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024This property is really great. Located in the 11th floor gives you a great view of the Gulf from the main living areas and the balcony. Access to the beach is simple as it is located right beside a public cross through walkway for beach access. The condo is very spacious. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. King in the Master and 2 doubles in the second. Even has a half bath in the main hallway for guests. The decor is very relaxing and provides plentiful seating for everyone. The kitchen is laid out well. I do wish there was a full set of pots and pans for cooking. Only had 3 different sized skillets (no lids) that didn’t sit well on the stove eyes, a very small sauce pan, and a soup pot. Maybe add a Keurig type coffe system would be a nice addition. That was my only disappointment with this property.
