Stayed Mar 28, 2025The host replies immediately and has no many demands. Easy check in and easy check out. The house is not that big but enough for my family of 4 and 2 grandparents. Everything that we need is provided including toiletries and cooking supplies. Coffee pods, cooking oil, salt and other condiments were there. Lots of board games were avail there for the kids. There’s also an access to the pool. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely go again when we have an event in Sarasota.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The supplied coffee, multiple bed sheets and towels made our stay even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to attractions, restaurants, and the beach yet peaceful and private. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to stay! Would definitely give it 5 stars!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This condo was perfect for our getaway. It was just as described in the pictures and was so clean! They had everything covered: plenty of towels, extra sheets, beach towels, beach bag, chairs, games, a washer and dryer with detergent, and more! We had 5 people staying but it definitely would fit more. Great for families. The location was also just right. We were never more than 10/15 min from any beach, restaurant, museum, or event we were going to. There were two grocery stores, a Walgreens, and a Starbucks just down the street. The host had great communication and made the check in/ check out process a breeze. We will definitely be staying again.
