Nice stay, the condo has two double beds, a sofa, two barstools for the counter, refrigerator, stove and items needed for cooking. The bath has a shower only and the water pressure is good. The unit is a little dated, but beds comfortable. The AC went out once, but it was fixed almost immediately, everything else was in good working order. The condo is next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village which has many eateries and stores. The condo complex has a few eateries and stores. The property is in easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach.

Location is great, could not ask for a better place to stay, the beach & lagoon are right there.

beds could have been more comfortable. Kitchen was ok to have . Carpet had stains . Couch was not clean and had stains .

It was a very clean facility

once we arrived very easy to get in. communication was ok place could use a face-lift but was very adequate. It really needs some good knives that actually cut. The lanai was nice but could get loud as it echos in between the buildings.overall good.

It was the best check in process. I ever dealt with didn’t have to speak with nobody at the front desk. I was given the permissions to enter with code in the vacation started. It’s less than five minutes to the beach and the best thing is they provided a cart for all our beach necessities perfect accessory to my vacation. I will definitely look this place up again for future Waikiki vacation.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location, easy walk to everything. Slightly dated decor, could use a upgrade of curtains etc. Quite a lot of road noise to be mindful of.

Pros: location, living space (sofa area plus two beds), full kitchen, lanai size, ac works well, Cons: in need of a deep clean. Beds are like RV mattresses. Road noise is significant (we used white noise on our phone while we slept), due to our time (13 days) - could have been supplied more consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, towel service),

They did give us access to other rooms every night to shower but it was still a pain. We understand it was out of your realm to fix and you did all that you could to help us. It was a nice vacation and will stay here again.

It is a studio apartment with a cute kitchen and bathroom. I liked that it had cable and wifi BUT. They really need to replace the Beds and Bedding. The place on the surface seemed clean but when you live it it you noticed the odors and stains. Replace the Brds, Shampoo the carpets and sofa and it would have been a 10 out of 10. I don’t mind old furniture which everything was very lived in. But the dirty looks and smell turned me off. I am planning to return to Honolulu in November. Not sure if the reasonable price of this room is worth it. I would definitely stay at the ilikai again just not in this particular room which is a sham because you could see how comfortable the room could be.
