Blending historic charm with modern comfort, this downtown loft offers an easy, walk-everywhere home base. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for movie nights, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and white stone countertops, plus a high-top table for two and island seating for two—great for quick meals before heading out to explore.

Your private bedroom includes a king-size bed and cable TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. WiFi is provided to keep you connected between museum visits, shopping, and nights out.



Please note: In keeping with the building’s historic architecture, this interior suite does not have windows.

Important Things to Note

• No on-site parking: We recommend the Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (about 1/2 block north). There’s also a sister location at 310 Commerce Street. You may enter/exit either garage 24/7. Both options cost approximately $40/day.

• Stairs: This historic building has stairs; please review photos if accessibility is a concern.

• Windows: This interior suite does not have windows due to the building’s historic design.

• Security cameras: For added security, cameras are located above the front door and in both the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    Wonderfully located, well equipped and comfortable room. No windows is a small negative but not a deal breaker. Bathroom needs a fan. Coffee station could be upgraded. These are small nitpicks just for owner's consideration. Overall, a great place. We will be back!

    Loved how close it was to Broadway and the Ryman. Just walkout and ur just a couple steps away from the main strip! The living room/kitchen area was perfect to hangout for a little bit before heading out to the Ryman. We would definitely stay again!

    With the exception of the noisy air conditioner, the actual property was very good. Road was blocked and had to carry luggage to and from parking garage. You will not need a vehicle once parked, everything is within walking distance.

    It was a perfect location for everything that we had planned. We stayed in a loft department on the first floor, very convenient. The apartment was nice, tidy and cleans The bed sheets did not fit properly on the bed but other than that, I would recommend this apartment.

    Proximity to entertainment we had tickets for, such as Seahawks game at Nissan stadium , and hockey tickets at Bridgestone . Other nearby events allowed us to avoid using a rental car during our entire stay. Room was quiet , yet right on the strip . Slept 3 comfortably .

    Sorry to report but overall we were disappointed with this unit. The biggest issue was that the unit had no windows. Additionally, the mattress in the bedroom was in poor condition with a big depression in it. The AC unit was not functioning well and made a repetitive noise that made it difficult to sleep. Someone did come quickly to try and fix it but was not successful. Great location- to walk to the stadium and Broadway.
