Comfy Condo w/ Balcony & Ocean Views 200' to Beach

We had a great stay except for our elock not working so we had to call to access the key box. The mattress in our bed(king bed) was very firm and it was uncomfortable. Otherwise the rental was beautiful and all of us had a great time.

Great location to the beach

We had a great time here at Coral Beauty. The location and proximity to the beach was second to none. We loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. The check in and out procedures were great as they were straight forward and easy to complete. We did not have anything major to complain about but we wish there were more cookware to use as it made dining a little difficult. We also wish there were more trash bags but these are small inconveniences that were rectified easily. We all hope to be back soon!

Great location but desperately needs a makeover.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The location is amazing. The condo could definitely use some updates. For example, the kitchen counter is some sort of stone that had lacquer applied to it previously and the lacquer is all yellowing and peeling off so you have to be careful with the counter and putting food on it. The Q mattress in the 2nd bedroom has a big dip in the middle and really should be replaced. It’s definitely an old unit and old building and it does show. Also it could use a deep clean, the rugs were quite dark from years of beach feet staining them, and it’s clear the cleaners just do a quick once over, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and lots of dust buildup on the vents. Someone was parked in our assigned spot, not anyone’s fault, but it was a little frustrating. That being said, the location is amazing, it’s just steps to the beach, and it was relatively affordable off season. The property manager left a bag of convenience items that we didn’t have to bring which was amazing and super helpful. We would probably stay here again, if perhaps the owners can address the countertop, the sinking bed in the 2nd bedroom and get a nice deep clean, including inside the cabinets. One last note, for the property manager, there’s a utility closet that had a lot of household items and junk stored in it, like spray paint, and paint pails, and broken flooring. I think that should also be addressed as it’s likely a fire hazard to have that much debris piled against the furnace and hot water heater.

This property is very close to the beach and was perfect for my son’s 30th birthday celebration. We had a blast!

The place was clean and in a good location. It worked well for our family and we would consider again on future trips to OC.

Was great, and as advertised.

This condo is nice and spacious, we are a family of seven with kids under 12. The condo had most of the amenities to get settled right away. Be prepared to bring your paper products and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and the wash. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Amazing location just a few steps from the beach. The inside was very spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. I was worried about noise complaints since we were a pretty large group, but we didn`t have any issues. I will definitely try to stay here every time I go to OC.
