Comfortable/cozy apartment BGKY

The apartment was clean and nice! There were plenty of dishes and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. Location is convenient. It was quiet for us. No extra soaps or shampoos though. The host doesn’t actually communicate with you like a real person, it was more automatic robotic communications. Also the washer was full of old water and I did not know how to drain it out. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect location for restaurants, gas stations, shops and access to downtown and interstate. With that comes some road noise, but place was perfect for our stay and improvements are nice, you can tell owners are working hard on improvements.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great location and easy to find. If I’m in the area again will try to book again.

Very comfortable stay. Everything was clean, plenty of towels. This vrbo had everything you would need including washer and dryer. The location was so convenient so close to everything. The host was very attentive and had good communication. Recommend and will stay here again.

Upon leaving we wanted to verify that our unit was good to go so we reached out. Took over 12 hrs for a reply and stated we would get check in instructions with 1 hr of the check in time. Ok fine. We had an address and door code so thought we were good. We didn’t end up getting to the unit until 11:39 as our event we were in town lasted a while. When we arrived at the address we noticed it was a general address for all units. We had no unit number at 11:30. So we proceeded to try different locks as the hose was not getting back to us. Once we found the unit. We looked around and quickly noticed things that weren’t great. The shower was disgusting and still had hair in it, we found the towels biting behind a Christmas tree that we’re you guessed it not clean and had hair on them. We then went to our rooms and in one room noticed the shams were dirty so we pulled the comforter and sheet down and again dirty hair , makeup and dirt on white sheets. I tried to reach out to host with no reply. I would not rent this unit ever. Keep looking. Wish I could attach pics as I took plenty.
